Me and my mother just returned back from our Umrah trip organised by Seventh Sea Holidays's agent Rukhsar. Her work and team on ground managed in Makkah and Madinah led by Haroon is commendable. Our transfers were smooth and punctual and the cars were clean. Rukhsar made sure our bookings were done properly and we have no issues while checking in and out from hotels. Our hotels were walking distances from both the Harams. A loud shout out to the exceptional work done by the team. I was a bit skeptical to go through an agent as I have always done everything on my own but knowing Saudi's lingual limitations I decided to use an agent and I dont regret it. All bookings were done timely and they accomodated all my requests. I am glad I chose them. JazakAllah khair I would love to book them again.

Since the beginning, I communicated with the travel Agent, Rukhsar, and she was very helpful, professional and patient in answering all my questions and arranging the best deal for us. The trip in Azerbaijan was very nice; we visited a lot of places especially on day one and day three. We enjoyed our time with the knowledgeable tour guide, Aida, that was very friendly also. The old city of Baku is really amazing and mesmerizing and Nohur Lake was breathtaking. Thank you for arranging the trip for us.

I had a great Umrah. Hotels selected met expectations, though not directly infront of Al haram in either Madina or Makkah. Accommodation: was great particularly Voco in Makka, while in Madina, Saja hotel staff and services were memorable but some touches would have made the rooms a perfect choice. Transportation arrangements were suitable for a family of five. Vehicles were clean, spacious and drivers were polit and cooperative. Just tickets booking should be enhanced for a lasting experience.

It was a great experience in gorgeous country of Georgia . Best time to travel with kids is December and January i think. Because of the snow fall areas like Gujari mountains and Bakuraini snow park.
