I got a men's perm at this place, and 24 hours later, it had lost all its curls and became flat and wavy. It hadn't even looked curly when I left - only a few hairs had slight curls. I spent 140 dollars just to be told that some hair might not hold for a long time, but less than one day is ridiculous. I had gotten a perm at a Korean place, and they did a great job, but they went out of business, so I found Serenity as it was close to where I lived. Disappointing; I wouldn't recommend it for perms. Complementary drinks were the only positive in my experience as it is a rarity. **UPDATE** I recently got ANOTHER perm, and it's absolutely fantastic it's been more than a week and it's still holding its shape. Goes to show Serenity Hair Body & Beauty is absolutely terrible ta perms.

Sarah is a very professional and talented stylist. As a mature 58 year old woman it is refreshing to find a stylist who takes the time to really listen to what you want, but also provides valuable advice and suggestions. Wounderful place, clean , bright and welcoming. Sarah has cut and coloured my hair a number of times. I’m very fussy and can’t always find someone that can give a good hair cut on curly hair. Even colour no areas with different shading as have had in the past. Would highly recommend this salon and owner Sarah.

Always come out feeling like a million dollars. Sarah is amazing with colours. Not to mention how many salons offer you cocktails and many other beverage options. You really must try 1 of the best hairdresser's I have ever been to.

As a bloke it can be somewhat awkward venturing into a beauty salon for a haircut. Sarah and all the team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I was even offered a beer with my haircut. Maybe next time I’ll get a MANicure done :)

Had my hair cut, had foils & eyebrows waxed & tinted. Went back a 2nd time for makeup for my daughter's engagement party. Sarah did a great job both times. As for service, it was outstanding! I would recommend coming here.
