Myself and other employees of my company have been parking at 90 Bowen Tce Secure Parking due to the competitive daily rates but unfortunately like numerous others leaving reviews here I have incurred an incorrect $77 non compliance breach notice (failed to comply with parking signs) despite complying with the stated entry details: 'Please enter the car park and park in any available bay, except those marked Reserved, Disabled or Loading Zone, or as directed by onsite staff. Your Licence Plate Number is used as proof of your booking and no further action required'. I have therefore lodged a dispute with TMS which is a massive inconvenience and depending on the outcome of this dispute myself and all of my employees will be not be parking here again in the future. Given the current lockdown there were only 3 others cars in the car park so surely it is not too difficult to see that I had a valid parking payment (via my registration) and had complied with conditions. These ongoing google reviews outlining other incorrect breach notices being issued and disputes are not a good look for this company and their level of competence.

I should have read the reviews before parking yesterday. Despite the efforts (according to the reviews) the breaching of an online booking for a $77 fee by TMS just happened to me on Sat 10th Sep 2022. Appalling that reviews of this nature go back at least 2 years. Maybe go have another look at the TMS officers making the breach notices (iE QTMS52) or fix your broken systems, or both. Just a waste of my time to go through the hassle to stop a breach notice that should never be applied. Should offer to refund my booking payment for the time taken by me to overcome this ...

Much like the rest of the complaints here, I also got a $77 fine. A few other people in the carpark also had the same experience upon coming back to our cars. Honestly how is this even still happening? The customer service rep on the phone told me I was parked in a reserved spot, but I heard another rep tell the gentleman who parked next to me that he needed to print out and display his ticket. Horrible experience, save yourself the hassle and park elsewhere or give them grief here until they fix it.

Paid online for the ticket on a Friday night, Parked in the parking lot, when i got back to the vehicle I noticed a $77 parking ticket on my window. Please fix this issue, I see lots of other complaints about the same issue. Very bad parking lot. DO NOT PARK HERE

Read reviews. Waste of time. I prepaid and entered/exited the car park as per booking and was fined $77. There’s a phone number on the back of the ticket to appeal the fine, they’re aware of the issue so straight forward process. Just avoid it - waste of time!

I went to pick up my car and my window was broken and stolen goods from inside!. I don't recommend this place at all! It's definitely not what the name suggests... "secure parking"...

As per reviews from the past 3 years - they are still incorrectly issuing $77 fines for no reason, that have to be disputed. Looks like it’s not getting fixed ever, park elsewhere!

Followed all instructions shown at the car park but then issued with a fine of $77 as I hadn't printed an email I couldn't possibly print as I paid at the machine when I parked.

Do not park here, they will charge you a $77 breach when nothing wrong has been done. Absolute waste of time when it's clearly been an issue for 3 years. Sort it out.

Don’t book online or via secure parking app as you arrive to find you need to have printed out a receipt from your email!? Had to double pay.

No machine for online payments pin. Just write down the pin on my car. Terrible

Easy to find and close to main street so can access everywhere easily.
