Don't trust your money or mouth to this dentist. While his team is made up of a bunch of wonderful people, he was the first dentist with whom I ever felt uncomfortable. In my first visit to this office, I was told in a matter of minutes that I needed to pay extra for something called "deep cleaning" and I needed to fill two cavities. This was especially surprising to me since I'd never had a cavity before. When I asked for further explanation, the dentist told me "you're not a dentist, so you need to listen to me and do what I tell you." That's when I left. I made an appointment with a much more reputable dentist my family has used for a long time. She looked at my mouth and said - "everything's fine, no cavities."

First visit with Dr. Carter was very pleasant. It’s a small practice so I got more time with him than I have in the past at other places, where the assistants would clean my teeth and I’d only see the dentist for a moment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didn’t recommend any invasive procedures that I didn’t need. He’s conservative with what he recommends for his patients and I appreciate that, since I’ve had dentists in the past who recommended all kinds of things that weren’t necessary. The office isn’t fancy, but I’ll take a more personal, friendly visit with low cost over that any day!

Unfortunately incompetent staff. I made an appointment a month in advance and specifically requested whitening. Sophia at the front desk sent an email confirming that the appointment for regular cleaning and whitening would take place - I have her email. Yet on the day of my appointment, which I could not reschedule (hence the reason why I had booked it in advance), she said I wasn't booked for it. Not ever coming back (oh and she also fumbled hopelessly trying to find my insurance info and only found it after I told her what to do).

Me and my family are all under care of Dr Carter. I want spread the word for him so more people can benefit from his skill. Dr Carter and his staff are very friendly, we feel welcomed every time of our visit. Also, the most important, he charges a very reasonable fee for all patients, we never feel ripped off after visiting his office. I Will recommend him to all people who has dental need.

I found Dr. Carter from a Groupon Deal and SO glad we did! Because it's a smaller practice, he did the whole cleaning himself (I've never had that from a dentist before!) and educated me the whole time about what was happening with my teeth. I'll definitely be going back.

Highly recommend Dr. Carter. They are very accommodating, respectful and affordable. Not to mention to the cleaning and service was the best I’ve ever had, and I go to the dentist 2-4 times a year for cleaning. I’ve found my new dentist!

This office is great. I had a tooth emergency and they were able to consult with me that day and fix it 2 days later. Very gentle and professional in the entire office. I'm going to make this my go-to dentist.
