I have lived in Seaford for 10 years and I have never been kicked out of anywhere until yesterday. I was having an appointment to support my child with special needs and we needed to discuss some complex needs and and because it's very emotional and painful I decided to meet with a support worker in a Cafe as I have done in the past. I chose to sit where I could view the only entry and exist of the place to see when the support worker showed up and to Gage the flow of customers coming in in case it got to busy and we needed to move. When I arrived I asked if they had table water as I'm trying to lose weight and it's the first thing I ask for when I'm eating out and then I take time factoring in the calories. I decided I was going to just have water (now bought water, from the support worker, which is a normal practice) until the meeting was finished and then I could have lunch. I didn't want to be rude and eat infront of the support worker and I have just had a chi latte and piece of banana bread from the lovely Jack at Gloria Jeans. I knew it would be close to lunch time when our appointment ended and we stared at 10am. When I sat down I discussed the seating as it was retro diner and I wanted to to create that booth dining in my home and I studied interior design. It was a lovely conversation. However, just as I was finishing my water bottle and wrapping up my meeting and considering what to eat there for lunch within my dietary restrictions, one of the owner from the store (who wears orange lipsick) Told us we needed to go as she needed to clean up for lunch time and if we weren't buying anything else we should leave, in a a very gruff manner. I wasn't asked politely if I was order lunch or told there was a maximum time of being there due to covid. I was shocked. I have never been treated like that before. Infact because of living down by the beach I frequent a lot of cafes and the consensus is relaxed vibes and they are places you can relax and sit as long as you choose. I decided to wait until She crossed my path again and she just delivered a sandwich and I told her I was going to order lunch to which she was rude to me again and I said I'm not going to worry about it now. She then a shed me to leave and I said I will when we finished our drinks and she said no you can leave now and proceeded to call security. I suffered from Anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder and I walked out of there shaking like a leaf as it stressed me out and I'm not a confrontational person. I was in fact going to order coffee and cake after lunch and I had to go elsewhere. Thankfully the team and security in the central management where quite supportive. I don't feel happy or safe to shop there again. I honestly hope this experience doesn't happen to anyone else there in the future

I did like coming here. We would as a family come every week for a coffee and lunch and buy all our bread for the week. Lately the customer service has been terrible. With orders being placed and then incorrect and then having to be asked three times what it is we wanted. Today I visited with my newborn. I went to the back and waited for my family. I thought I would go to the back with the pusher as out of the way and the tables out the front were taken. I am aware the sign says no trolleys past a certain point. A lady server came over after we had been there for some time and said. Pushers are not allowed back here but because it's not busy we won't ask you to move. Well 1. There is no sign saying this. 2. Don't overcrowd the seating. 3. No longer value this place as family friendly. Will be taking business to the other end of the mall.

Staff never smile, food is generally yesterdays leftovers. I bought a pizza pie (server didnt even ask if i want sauce or not) so i went back and asked can i have sauce, he just grabbed it off me, squeezed a small pindrop of sauce and gave it back to me so rudely (sorry for wasting ur time mate!) anyways, i take a bite out of the pie and god knows how long the pie had been sitting in their heatbank but it was rock solid. Absolutely disgusting. The owner is a lovely guy, think hes name is Paul but cmon mate u gotta up the service of ur staff and make sure the food isnt too old or stale! The coffee is great though

Im being very generous giving one star. First time there..very expensive but we got past that as we should have checked prices before purchasing. Ned Kelly Pie ..yuck ive had many of these and in many places but to have a thick layer of chunks of onion under the cheese topping is revolting. Specially as i cant eat onion so bang couldnt eat it..Hubby had Satay Chicken Pie tasted off not good..so 2 pies 2 drinks 2pk foccacia and sm pack scones $36 later....Omg never going back there again. Its our favourite place to visit ( Moana/Seaford) and this has spoiled our day visit..Travelled long way too......

Well, my wife and I ran overtime on a job and hungry as, so a quick trip around the corner and we landed at this bakery. Two beautiful pasties each with just the right amount of sauce later, we were blown away how good they were. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I drove straight to this place at lunch time after a job and the beautiful pasties were still singing. I complemented the friendly staff and told them 5 stars were coming their way. On the way to Victor or if you are nearby, drop in you won't be disappointed, Well done girls, Thank you.

I have been to this bakery quite a few times, how ever my most recent vist on Sunday the 10/11/2019 has left a horid taste in my mouth, if you are going to sell yesterday's product there is a few things that you need to do, please check your product I had brought a steak pie to where the gravy had over reduced so far to nothing more then some form of meat jelly that was so salty and in edible. Please in future check your product before it's sold

This place... my God. The owner is quite possibly the rudest business - let alone hospitality - owner I have ever encountered. Blatantly berates his staff in front of customers, has worse people skills than Hitler and still continues to charge a 30 cent surcharge on card transactions under $5. Which, in the middle of a pandemic caused by a contact spread disease, is disgusting. Seriously people do not give this your money.

  • Jayne Murray

They are very friendly and have amazing food and our downs syndrome son absolutely loves everyone and especially having lunch every Wednesday or Thursday there when we are home highly recommend them.

I would give this a half star if I could. Can't tell you about the quality of the food because we left before ordering. There were no menus on the tables, so was taking photos of the menu board to show my 89 year old companion what was there. I was quite rudely told that I needed to ask before taking photos, I tried to explain the situation, but was given the same response.

  • Fiona Harwood

Very disappointed in this bakery. Would not go there again. Got short changed on Saturday by $10 rang straight away, got told no one there to count register over weekend. Someone would call me on Monday..No one did! I went there myself to speak to someone only to be told too late as takings had been done...was offered a loaf bread as it was my word against theirs.

  • ChrisTopher

Sandwiches always fresh, lots of fillings, much better than Subway. Friendly service, great staff, yummy pies and delicious doughnuts. Cannot fault this place what so ever. Best bakery in the mall especially for sandwiches, sorry but SB sandwiches over Rubreants Cafe in the mall any day of the week. Best place in the mall for an awesome feed

  • Andrea Purdy

Would give no stars if possible. Absolutely the most disgusting customer service I have ever received, I guess that should have been expected seeing as the worst culprit was wearing a home d ankle bracelet. Was spoken down to in front of my children and left shaking and in tears. Food quality, expectation, and presentation almost just as bad.

  • Adam Tilbrook

Service is quick and never had an issue with taste or quality of food. Can only give a mid-range review though due to charging 40c for sauce or butter as well as a 25c surcharge for using Paywave without actually disclosing that there is a charge for any of those things. Feels really scummy.

  • Nick Muller

Great bakery, staff are lovely and the food is top notch. If you're looking for a bakery in Seafood, this place is a must. There is a seated area so you can dine in, even if it's just for a coffee. They have a good selection of pies and pasties and their desserts are of plenty.

Such beautiful food, always very clean and the staff are so nice. A great area to sit in overlooking old Norlunga. Today we went in for my daughters birthday breakfast and after our meals they bought out a donut with a candle as a total surprise. I love this bakery.

  • Kyzka

Reported fly in cake area. Was there for 10 minutes over all the food. Watched the shop for a further 5 minutes after leaving. No attempt by either staff to remove fly or contaminated products. Will not return here. They need to be educated what flies do to food.

  • Michael Roberts

It's a little bit noisy but the chunky pepper steak pie is to die for the coffee is beautiful and the staff spectacular I'll be back for more and more Fran's best husband Mike

I normally come here once a month, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the prices are good and they do a good chips and gravy that I can not say no too. Only down side is it can be hard to find a seat sometimes and the store could use a update.

  • Kevin Ward

Please train your staff better when it comes to customer service. Do not be rude to a customer when you get an order wrong and you're challenged on it. We're not in the position to pay for extra goods when the staff stuff it up! More

  • Adam Lee

Great bakery located in the seaford shopping center. They have a great selection of baked goods and rolls. Its nice and clean they also have tables to dine at as well well worth a try if you want some tasty food

  • Josh Taylor

I could really tear this one apart but for the sack of a review...just avoid this bakery. There's plenty of other excellent bakeries around this area, go to any of those and don't waste your money at this one.

  • Chris Brogden

My family and I come to this bakery regularly, my mum picks her pumpkin bread up on Mondays, the service is excellent and welcoming, I like to always support small businesses that care about their customers

  • John Rose

Always looked forward to a nice pasty as a treat but when you get given a two day old grey inedible object in a bag it spoils the occasion. C'mon Seaford you can do better than that.

  • Michael Crafter

Like this place. Decor could use a few repairs and updates but food good and coffee tasty. Have been several times and is the only cafe I would visit in Seaford Shopping Centre.

  • Lesley Piper

Love this place nice to go for a cuppa or a lovely coffee . The bread cakes pies etc are fresh and absolutely yummy the staff are always lovely to always a smile on there face.

  • Shiralee Gillatt

Paul is awesome. They made a cake for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was beautiful both in flavour and in decorating. Absolutely worth the money. Parents loved it.

  • Leanne Albers

A regular haunt when I'm in Seaford. Love taking my grandkids there for a special treat when we're shopping together. Family friendly, great range, quality and taste assured.

  • Adelaide Bike Tours

Sausage roll taste like an average fatty frozen store bought one. The pie was underwhelming too. Friendly service but poor effort on the baked goods for a small bakery.

  • Jesper Andersen

A Pharmacy lady staff member suggested that I go and have a coffee as I waited for the local Terry White Chemist to fill my prescription. Hence my visit to this Bakery.

  • Gregory Hooker

Food is good but can't get past their terrible customer service, an aging community means lots of old people pushing in front of line and staff that don't care either.

  • Alice Jones

Food great. Always lots going on here. The mobile phone pop up shop near them had this ear piercing high note emanating from its booth which made my visit unpleasant.

  • MALCOLM TOWNSEND (COLM)
