Upped to three stars after recently finished upgrade of locker room showers. Remainder of review before still applies: Wasted potential. This could be a good gym, but their obvious desire to minimize spending really hurts the customer experience. Equipment is broken for weeks (sometimes months) at a time. Showers work intermittently, and when down, also take weeks to fix. Locker room is mostly half size lockers (many of which are broken) and these are only half occupied even at peak times. So why not install a room of full length lockers and keep them in working order? That would cost money. Can't do that it would seem. There was a steam room. It was closed in early 2022, supposedly due to high energy prices at the time. Never reopened. No reason given, other then the ridiculous argument that somehow, by keeping it running, the whole business would fail and the gym would then have to close down. And the minimal staffing means there's nobody to enforce the rules (CLEAN THE MACHINE WHEN YOU ARE DONE!) or do little things like fill up soap dispensers in the bathrooms and showers.

This gym is a mess and I am paying a premium compared to other gyms in Copenhagen. Honestly it is not worth the money. First of all the free weights machines are always packed. I have interrupted my training and complained multiple times to the personal and they just shrug and say they can't do anything. Total lack of responsibility. Secondly, I paused my membership and paid 150 DKK. I saw that SATS took my membership money any way even though it says the membership is paused and I canceled the transaction. I send an email twice, no response. I went there, reception couldn't help me. I called the customer service - the woman was very rude repeating that the payment has passed through NETS because I have paused after 15 May. I told her I have cancelled the payment but I was charged any way. She was very rude and told me that SATS hasn't been charged and has returned the money. I hang up, just checked my account - guess what, my money is not returned. This gym is a joke, extremely unprofessional personal. Not only did they take my money but they also keep wasting my time.

Facilities are ok but the way they treat paying customers is beyond shocking. "Personal" in personal training refers to the trainers not the customer, meaning it is about the trainer not YOU the client! The personal training done here is in fact modern day, in your face robbery. Think several times before you make the awful decision of spending your hard-earned money and valuable time in this place or this chain in general. Disgusting customer service! Membership service are not any better. You would think they 're the paying party that needs care and attention and you are to be there for them and not the other way around. Utterly disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourselves, fitness dk!

The reason i go there is that the workout facilities and layout is great, and the crowd is friendly. The showers though, could feel cleaner, lines of black along the floor corners and roofing, and the temperature of the water fluctuates between cold and super warm every few seconds. The steam sauna STINKS of BO and microbiology(fungi?) most of the time, so i rarely stay more than 20 sec (someone please use some chlorine!?) The dry sauna is great, except for the pool of water that settles by the entrance. If they'd fix the shower/sauna areas abit I'd give it 5 stars, since the rest of the package is great.

Worse staff ever!!! They are never out in the reception when you need them. On Tuesday I went to train and there was a sign that the water wouldn’t be running in Danish(!) only plus the warning wasn’t there the day before! Nice when you go before work and figure out that you are not able to shower! Today I get accused of theft when I took a water and after waiting 5 minutes in the reception to pay I start drinking the water (because I ran 10km!) and when someone finally shows up and I want to pay for a water I already drank they start accusing and threatening me!

Just received an email saying I need to pay 577dkk. I specifically told the reception person if I only have to pay a one time fee. They said yes. I asked them again, if I pay for just 1 month, and stop coming, there won't be anymore fees later? They said yes. And sure enough, I am still getting an email getting threatened to be charged. The first reason I asked them in the first place was because I saw all of the bad reviews on here first and now I can see why.

Zuerst ein netter Eindruck. Geräte wie in meinem Stammclub in Deutschland. Jedoch bei näherem hinsehen sind die Geräte alt, marode und teilweise kaputt. Hab trotzdem eine 2 Wochen Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen für 499 Kronen. Sehr teuer. Und am letzten Tag wurde mir das Training verweigert weil meine Mitgliedschaft angeblich schon abgelaufen ist. Keine Kulanz oder ähnliches. Mega unfreundliches Personal. Würde jedem davon abraten dort zu trainieren.

Customer service there is terrible. They made a mistake in my sign-up. And when I went there to get it fixed, they said I had to call member services on Monday. When I asked if they could not call for me on Monday, since this was there mistake, not mine, they simply said they did not have time to do so. Incredible how they deal with their customers, and how little they care about delivering good service. Very disappointing.

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helped me set up everything to do with my membership. She also informed me about a special offer and was willing to answer any questions I had! When it comes to equipment, I think they have everything you would need for most workouts:) I am pleased so far! Not too crowded either. I go 2-3 hours before closing and never have a problem.

The facilities are good and I like also the courses, but I must say the people working there at the reception help zero when you need something. They forget we are paying for the service. Once I could not find something and they said "it must be around", when instead I already searched around but it was stored somewhere else and they did not even bothered to check.

I vælger at lade dampbadene stå med reparationsskilte i en måned for derefter at lukke dem helt under påskud at spare på strømmen. Dette melder i "tilfældigvis" ud d. 1 november så i lige kan klemme to ekstra måneder ud af jeres medlemmer. Det er virkelig at holde jeres medlemmer for nar! Jeg skrev dette ind til jer og fik et autosvar 2 uger efter.

Musikken er så høj så man kan ikke høre sin egen musik, flere ting har været i stykker længe, da er kun 2 toiletter til alle herrene, samtlige skabe er i stykker også, de mangler mange ting som andre steder har. Mit råd? Find et andet sted, for da bliver ikke gjort noget ved tingene her.

FitnessDK have great training 7 days weekly. I have received great service from the center manager Jesper Friis and his team. I trained 3 to 4 times a week and after 2.5 months, when I returned to Darwin, Australia I felt great. Thanks FitnessDK in Adelgade. Linda Pedersen

Filthy and falling apart. Have written emails, reported concerns, and bless the manager Lucas he can’t seem to get things under control. Seems there’s only one repair person for all centers in Cph and clearly things are are not getting fixed, cleaned, and maintained.

Everytime you enter, you have to rent a padlock for your locker, or to buy one and bring it all the time with you. If you are renting one, then you have to leave one of your private things in reception to make sure you will bring the padlock back. Seriously?

+ Good location + Sauna - It’s not spacious. Where can you relax a bit? A lot of treadmills taking up space - Bad air, it’s very hot inside - Half of the showers are working properly - Locker room is too small for the amount of people going. Cmon SATS

Fitness DK i Adelgade er et lækkert sted, med en lækker VIP afdeling, en skøn massagestol, sødt og gavmildt personale (skal du bruge et ekstra håndklæde? intet problem hr!) Pænt og rydeligt, en fornøjelse at besøge!

Amazing gym very large with everything you could possibly need! A seperate section for each body part I.e. legs, chest etc. Also includes a sauna and showers but never used it but from what I saw looks great!

An excellent location Gym few minutes walk to the main city street. The gym is located in the ground level and has complete running facilities and gym equipment for power lifting and bodybuilding.

Flott lokale og treningsapparater. Litt lite i forhold til hvor mange som trener der, men dette gjelder stort sett 18-20, og er overkommelig. Fin garderobe med steambadstue og vanlig sauna.

We were visiting from NYC and had the best time. Drop in is around 20$, and the facility is outstanding for powerlifting and bodybuilding. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to do gym while I travel here. All varieties of equipment available. Well maintained. Change room lockers can rent locks.
