One of SANDRA'S AFFORDABLE AUTO REPAIR customers (Ford Escape SUV ) got charged for repairs totalling over $2000 and is NOT a happy customer. They damaged the electric steering mechanism while the car was in their shop and they would not replace it, as part of their commitment that they stand behind the quality of their repair work. The electric steering was damaged in the process of repairing a front end part that the car was in for. The car was in for both strut replacement and evidentlly they did not replace those either like the customer wanted . One of the struts made a banging noise when she drove it home. An examination by another shop mechanic revealed thar the original Ford tags were still on rhe struts, and the strut fastners were rusted. It is possible they substituted used parts , but she was charged for new parts. Sandras "Affordable" auto repair is just a disguise for cheating the customer..Be careful!

Beware of this place!!! I brought my car in to have the AC tested. They told me exactly what was wrong with it, a price and the how long it would take to fix it. It was suppose to take one hour! I finally had to get mad after 4 hours and ask what the hell was taking so long. I was lied to and told the mechanic was finishing up. I went in the back of the garage to find they never even started. When they saw me going to the back they sent a mechanic who told me he couldn't get the old part out. After another hour and a half they told me they couldn't fix it with the part I bought. They wanted me to pay over $200 for the job they didn't fix. One reason I think they felt they could do this was because I am a woman! Funny how the name of the place is Sandra's Affordable Auto!!!!!

Called about winter tires and was told I could being my vehicle in the following day. I asked if they needed my name and phone number and I was told they would get it the following day when I dropped off my vehicle. I showed up (along with my ride back into town) at 8:00 am to find that the tires had not arrived and that they wouldn't be able to get them for another 2-3 weeks. They said they would have called but they didn't have my contact information (because they denied taking it over the phone the previous day). I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of checking out this shop that was recommended to me by a friend. They did not disappoint. I had the back end of my exhaust fall off. Keith at the front end was respectful, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was given a good price to do the work and approved it prior to it being completed. Just a great service and overall experience. If you are looking for a mechanic shop you can trust these are your guys!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thank you GUYS!

Great experience here! Had a weird A/C issue with my Jetta. I popped in on a whim, they took a look, told me the cost upfront and ordered the part. They fit me right back in when the part came in and in two days I was all set - just in time for the 30C+ weather. They were friendly, helpful and very professional. I will definitely be going back for any maintenance I require.

Had these guys do 4k of work one fall and than was told it needed another 3k of work the following fall. Took it to another shop to have it prepped for winter for a mere 300$. Dont know what these guys quote you for but its either for stuff you dont need or just over charging for service/parts substantially.

Excellent friendly service and very knowledgeable technicians. I have my BMW and Audi serviced here and I fine them better and more affordable than the dealers. Their primary concern is always your safety and you are treated with respect. Highly recommended.

Guy said he could fix my ignition, showed and he said this would be the first one he has ever attempted, He ended up not being able to fix it so i had to pay a tow to another shop. Also they stole my custom valve caps. bunch of goons.

8am appointment for tire change, they didn't have the tires. Waited 2 hours for a shipment that never came coupled with a 40 minute drive there and back. (Said they would call in advance if there was any delays) they did not.

I love this place. After bad experiences at a different dealership and there garage. This is the best place to go get your car repaired. Kind, Courteous and well priced. Keith and the staff are the best. Highly recommend.

Fast and checks everything ,a simple oil change can open your eyes .. very curtiuos bunch. , they will give you advise on to doing things that can be manageable to your pockets .... thank you for your help and guidance ,

I really enjoyed my experience with Sandra's affordable auto. I have used them for car repair and they also found a buyer for my Nissan Murano. Kemp is the salt of the earth and Sandra is lovely. Recommend!

Bought a private sale car, which was safety inspected by them, had a bunch of issues got car checked out by my mechanic who said the car wouldn't not have passed a safety.
