Left us stranded after prepaying for a car five months in advance because they won’t accept a deposit via cash or debit card AND refused the credit card I had based on it not being a MAJOR credit card although it’s a Visa with my name on it, says credit on it, and is backed by a bank. The employee was rude and unhelpful.
I paid extra for priority service. This allowed me to go directly to the car lot, bypassing the four person line up at the regular check-in desk. The mid grade SUV I ordered was a high end vehicle, spotless inside and out, and got excellent gas mileage. I will definitely rent from Fox again!

made an online reservation through Orbitz. I took an Uber ride to pick up the car at SAT airport. When I got there they told me they had no cars... no call/test/email to at least notify me about the shortage. Very disappointing.
Easy pick up, easy drop off. Used the pre-pay option for gas and they refunded my card for the unused portion, as well as the deposit, within 3 days of return. Will definitely use them again when I go back to TX.
