Very disappointed. Buy on amazon rather! Firstly price here more expensive than in amazon, still I decided to buy in store because I thought I have better service if there is any issues or warranty related things. When I bought an S7 + tablet I was told that its almost same speed like S8+. They only had S8+ in store to test so I bought the S7+. At home I saw that it is far too slow to use well and was disappointed so I again went to store and asked to upgrade my tablet to the more expensive s8+. Store manager said they cant do anything and I should try to resell the tablet myself and then buy S8+. Hey this is not customer friendly at all. Will for sure not buy anything anymore in Samsung store, even on Amazon I could return it.

Fantastic! I needed to go there for some issue with my phone, took my 2 teenage kids along. Groaning and grumbling they accompanied me. But once they set foot inside, they were ecstatic. The store has gaming PC's with access to games. The screen is curved. Pardon my tech knowledge! I was in the store for just 20 minutes but had to wait an hour for my kids to finish their game. I love that my phone is working fine but now my kids keep hoping that something doesn't work on my phone so that we go back there again. The staff was courteous and didn't frown when my kids obviously overstayed their welcome.

Very disappointed. I've bought numerous phones and a watch from there but they have no service at all. When I bought the last phone a galaxy s22 ultra I was told I could bring my previous phone (also bought there) to be sent to service. When I took it in they were too busy playing on their phones to even see if they could help me. Very disappointing as I DO NOT have time to go to the emirates mall. There were not interesting in helping at all. They are happy to sell you, but they really do not care about after sale service.
