Unsure and anxious as to how to fix my teeth, I was welcomed warmly and professionally by Same Day Clinic and their staff when I arrived. After consultation from the kind and competent Dr. Roy, my uncertainty had subsided immediately. He provided me with a clear treatment plan, making sure all my needs were taken care of perfectly. That same day (just as the name of the clinic implies), I had my first appointment to get my teeth fixed. From there forward, I got to experience the greatest level of service I have ever experienced in any type of business. A team working together seamlessly, very quick and clear communication, flexible availability for the appointments, extremely precise work, and most importantly; a respectful, super kind team that take pride in their work! I experienced no pain whatsoever throughout the procedures, and was taken care of perfectly every step along the way. I would’ve never guessed going to a clinic like this could be such a pleasant experience! They even helped me file my claim to my insurance. Dr Karim was recommended to me by a few friends, after my long term dentist left Dubai. I’m the kind of (nervous) patient that will travel anywhere (yes even to a different city) for a good dentist, and in Dr Karim, I found a great one. He’s very ethical imo, and I’m aligned with his philosophy of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” He is very thorough yet patient.. takes the time to explain everything in as much detail as you need, very skilled and gentle. All the procedures I’ve had with him across the years have been extremely smooth, thankfully. The clinic is well maintained, very friendly and competent staff. I especially like being able to book via WhatsApp with a human being on the other end. Having lived in Dubai for over a decade, this is one of the best recommendations I’ve had.. I would highly recommend.

From front of house to the lovey driver, before even mentioning the superstars that have made my experience so good. I could not contemplate going anywhere else. When I arrived in Dubai I had a lovely dentist. She did her best and then had to tell me, “you need implants”. A partner from London came to see me…. I didn’t gel with him. SameDay Dental experience was amazing. They were very professionals, made sure that they checked all my teeth, and gave a full recommendation. Getting an appointment and follow ups were easy even though I live in a different country. In one day, I had all work done with barely any pain and with a limo service to bring me back.
