INCREDIBLE MASSAGE!!!! I called on a Thursday on a whim for a same day appointment and they were able to get me in! I was in excruciating pain from tons of knots in my neck, shoulders and back and the woman I had (Anna) was able to get ALL of my knots out. She was seriously incredible. I could finally stand up straight, and sleep without being in pain. I have had tried 10+ spas in the Las vegas/Nevada and Anna was just what I was looking for. If you work at a desk all day/work from home on a computer, Anna will save your neck and shoulders from that awful, aching pain that you feel towards the end of every day. The environment was very relaxing. The rooms were private and had just the right amount of lighting to be able to see, but also set the tone of relaxation. I thought this was a nice touch and much easier than trying to stack everything neatly on a chair in the corner of the room like some other places. They also give you an cup of water after your massage, nice touch! Great prices too! I will definitely be back and I am bringing my boyfriend for his first massage there too!! Their parking lot has lots of locations for easy parking. I hear all their masseuses are great. Highly highly highly recommend!

Sam's Spa, I have really visited other places to request a professional massage service but never like this place, it is the best of the best, its deconstructing massages are the facet of body relief, its technique is very professional and of a very good caliber, its The way of communication is truly professional, being aware of the pressure exerted at the moment, the place is very comfortable and extremely relaxing, the energy that vibrates when you are in that place is totally mantric, excellent service, recommended for all people in general, You can go with your family, friends, you can go relax while you finish a negotiation, I recommend it 100%, be careful, I don't give opinions or reviews just like that, if I say it, it's because that's the way it is.

I purchased a Groupon for me and my husband to treat ourselves. Upon arrival the lady asked me to pay. I told her I purchased a Groupon and she showed me a hand written sign saying they cancelled taking Groupon. Last Saturday I text the number to schedule my appointment and not once did they say anything about not taking the Groupon. We drove across town for this only to be told we needed to pay prior to service even being started!!! She told me to call Groupon and get a refund but that I needed to pay in advance for the massage… very unprofessional! Our appointment was at 10am and they showed up 10min late!

This was an amazing experience. I have never had a massage like this and with enough pressure. They are so knowledgeable about the body and techniques to target tight areas. I get massages to work out pain, not to feel relaxed, and this nailed it. I had to focus to get through the hard parts but I am so grateful this place exists! They really know what they are doing and will listen to you if you have a specific area that needs focus. I have TMJ and he was able to work on my jaw and face as well. I will definitely be coming back. I can already feel the difference.

The facility is very clean, the interior looks nice and new, the lady on front desk very kind and professional. Unfortunately I can’t give more then 2 stars because the massage was horrible. The masseurs were without any professional knowledge just basic moves. We are a couple and we booked for both, we regret that we spend our money and time to this place, and get no results from the treatment, or not even 5min enjoyable time during the massage. To the owner: train your staff or hire new one if you want to continue your business.

I have been here before and the massage was awesome. This time the massage was mediocre. I asked the massage guy multiple times not to be so tough and hard. I did not enjoy the massage at all and me constantlyasking for him to be softer ruined our couple massage. What's the point of asking what areas I wanted massaged if those areas were not specifically paid attention to? Then at the end the lady and man asked if I wanted to tip. I told her I don't as that was the worse massage ever, but my husband enjoyed his so he tipped.

10/10 would recommend!! Amazing service and very nice/polite! My wife and I did the 60 couples massage (with hot stones and foot scrub). I did deep tissue and my masseur was always asking and making sure it wasn't too hard or hot (with the stones) and my wife's would always make sure when her towl would start to show anything to immediately fix it before it would expose anything. And to top it all off great prices you really can't beat it! If my wife and I lived here we would be here at least once a month!!

I used to go to a different massage place each time because I could never find an amazing one! The first couple times I came to Sam's Spa was hit or miss until I found Lee & he is who I always ask for now! I'm very skinny & it seems like it can be challenging for some therapists to massage me without hurting me or rubbing on my bones too hard... I was getting a pintched nerve around my neck and shoulder area from the stress I've been having and it was getting really bad. I called and left a VM and they called back very quickly and was able to set up a 30 minute chair massage on the same day and I told him about the pinched nerve. And He really did focused on that area. He had a very caring and nurturing touch. It's been 2 days since the massage and my knot and pinched nerve is gone. I really feel he did work it out. I had a very pleasant experience at Sam's spa. The front desk employees were very nice. They checked me in quickly and invited me to wait in the quiet room until my therapist was ready for me. I was taken on time and my therapist , was really good. I requested deep tissue and he gave me just that.
