I've ordered from this many times and had good experience. Today I was at the store and the man at cash was very rude and charged me wrong twice. When u insisted he's wrong he denied. After I got my receipt I went back in the isle to check and I was right and when I told him he didn't even seem apologetic. Coming home I realized he charged me 2 different prices for my granola bars that were same. Very disappointing.

Lost two of my packages in the last 2 months. When I called Canada Post to confirm the location, they said it should have been on site. Man checked the back and “couldn’t find it.” Then two days later I find out it was sent back to sender. Second time I went to pick up my package... mysteriously missing again.

Really convienent and easy. A lot of good instant food if you are on the go and can't have a full meal. I really have had a lot of lunches downtown here before making this 5 star decision. I don't think I have ever met Sam, but I am sure he is good. Food is 5 stars though haha!

The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The food which they sell is delicious and the quality is top notch. Daily necessity products can be easily found here and the store is open 24/7 which makes it easier to get the necessary products at anytime.

Overall it’s the most convenient store in the area. Easy to access 24/7 and the staffs are what makes me come back. Another factor that makes them my favourite is the special discount they offer me as such now and then.

Staff are always super-friendly to me. The prepared foods are scrumptious. Everything else is standard for a convenience store: usually a bit higher-priced than a giant supermarket, but a lot easier for me to get to.

Great store. Huge variety of food and drinks. They also have premade foods like chicken and rice which are made fresh daily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great little.store!

Overpriced items. Not sure if they trying to take advantage of people who don’t know better or what but there has been multiple instance where prices of common stuff is super inflated.

I just had a terrible experience with the guy behind the counter. They are incompetent. This one could hardly speak English. Just 100 meters there's a Raba"s. Stay away from Sams.

Sold expired food with the expiration date rubbed off. I sent the production code to the manufacturer and they confirmed that the product expired over 2 years ago.
