I visit the Sam's South Harrow branch often and have also had a an amazing experience with service and food. Staff are very professional and serve you in the correct manner- there is no rush. Today when I went to order my food the staff introduced a new collection of take away that they are providing and I had the spicy chips box. It was fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced for the portion served. I will be visiting again as always but will definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to get good tasty food. To manager Sam I visit your store at 23:06 and order 1 chicken burger and 8 fiery wings in which 3 pieces was chicken niblet and I had order only wings when I asked to one of member who was on evening duty he make fun and laugh and tell me you don’t no difference so it’s was very rude to treat a customer and also my younger son got food poisoning so I wanted a apology letter or my money refund or I will report further to investigate about your product and services very bad .

My order was 2 chicken fillet burger meals and they got it wrong and gave me 2 strip burger meal. This wasn’t the first time I had a problem ordering food here, last time I found dirt on my food and had to get a refund through Uber eats. And the service is so bad they will try and act oblivious just to gaslight just to make it seem like it’s the customers fault. This is the last time I’ll ever spend money in this specific shop.

Tried a bucket of drumsticks. Combination of normal batter and spicy. Normal batter was ok but a bit salty. The spicy drumsticks where gross. They had a sour taste like they had gone off and cured in salt to eliminate the bad smell. Unfortunately the bad smell and taste was still there. This is my first and will be my last purchase from this place.

Terrible food. Photo attached of my chicken steak burger. You may struggle to make out why it’s two tone coloured but I would assume it’s been microwaved?! Inedible on one half. Wings are incredibly small as per my other photo. They don’t make them like they used to. Sam’s chicken what is going on?! I ordered on Uber Eats so not much I could do. It was closing time so branch didn’t answer the phone!

First time to visit this fast food restaurant. Friendly staff. Appearance of the restaurant was clean. Food was good value.

Went in to order waiting in the queue. See the guy on the grill drop corn on the dirty floor and knew I saw. Acted like he threw it in the bin but went and washed it and back onto the grill

My order was two chicken meals and they told me that it would be ready for delivery within ten minutes, but I waited for forty minutes and my order did not arrive. They are lying about the arrival time and this is not good. I will not repeat my experience with them.

I bought some chicken wings and they taste terrible. I am quite disgusted with the food. Doesn't taste like Sam's chicken at all. Please improve the food quality.
