Usually I get really good haircuts with one of the twins and they being only hairdressers I would trust for longest time ever. I was really impressed when I got my first haircut from twins 10 years ago. However the first salon they worked at closed down and I could not locate them for long time. Even for 3 years without hair cut my hair continued to look freshly cut every time I straighten my hair. Then I found the twins again. However the quality of their hair cuts sadly started to decline in past year. The technique is good. It just looks like they don’t put effort in it anymore. I get too long of patches of missed hair here and there after hair cut that sticks out when I straighten my hair at home after their blow dry. I just tired to go in second time every single time to fix something, so I just fix those forgotten to cut hairs myself. Every time I give them a chance it gets worse. Maybe they need vacation or something. The reason I put one star is because last time I went I expected a haircut and I got a trim. It is really hard for me to cut my own hair as I was doing it when I had no hair dresser, because some of fingers are slowly getting paralysed. I’m very particular about my hair cuts, so going to places that does not know how to cut my hair is not satisfying option either. I’m really disappointed with my experience.

Pros: -The salon is beautiful and kept clean. -The sinks for your hair lift up, so it didn't feel like my neck was going to die! -They provided sanitizer and slippers as well as hung up our coats to make us feel more comfortable. -The gown covered my whole upper body unlike the cheap ones that get hair all over your shirt when you leave. -All the employees are SO nice. And their hair is super cool. -The important part? Kylie did an amazing job on my hair! She was super nice, listened to everything I needed, didn't pressure me to do my hair a certain way or cut more than I was comfortable with, and was a joy to talk to! My hair looks great, feels great, and I might have made a friend! Thanks Kylie! ☺️ The cons: -There are basically no cons. Maybe just that their regular prices are expensive compared to what I usually get? If you're on the fence about trying them out, they have a Groupon you can get! Don't hesitate to book here! All the staff are amazing and talented.

My hair dresser (I don't want to mention her name) bleached my hair to the point that it felt like bubble gum, and I payed through the nose for it. I'm not giving a 1 star review only because she did spend a lot of time with me and that she did say there may be a 'bit of damage'. I wish she would have communicated more clearly the extent of the damage (I couldn't run a brush or comb through certain sections, which is more than a bit of damage in my vocabulary.) If she had explained that it wasn't possible to get my hair so light without intensive damage, I would have done something else with it.

Sarah is fantastic! I am super picky, and don’t just let anyone cut or style my hair. She came recommended high from a girl friend and I said what the heck and gave her a try! Honestly, I’m not looking back. I am beyond impressed with the style, cut, and colour. The colour she suggested for my hair is gorgeous and just what I needed for a winter refresh! I have been seeing yana for over 2 years. I always leave happy. She knows how to cut and style my long thick hair and she showed me how to style it and how to use a flat iron to make curls and how to style my bangs which I never knew how to do before. This week, I cut my long hair to an angled bob and am sooo happy with it. It looks hip and trendy and exactly what I wanted. She has also colored my chemically treated hair with very little damage. Totally worth my drive from sturgeon county

Yanna is awesome! I went there with trust issues due to a bad cut like 2 yrs prior and Yanna was amazing! She was able to advise me on what cut would be great for my hair, did an amazing low maintenance color (it was what I asked for),and showed my how to style my new cut! Overall excellent experience I will definitely go back. I have really fine hair and she was able the work with it well!

Sarah came highly recommended from some friends of mine — I was extremely impressed with her ability to absolutely nail what I was going for on the first try. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and I love everything about it. Yanna Lorence has been nothing short of amazing every time I come in for a new colour or cut. An added bonus is the the fact that they have so much natural light coming into the building that you always know what the colour looks like before you leave the building.

Kylie is wonderful! Both my oldest son and I have had extremely positive experiences here. The space is gorgeous with huge windows and tons of natural light and they have all kinds of fun extras like beverages and little snacks. I also brought my tiniest human with me for my cut and they were super accommodating . …

So disappointing. My hair was overprocessed and the color was not what I expected. She rushed through the haircut - to get me out faster I think. One of the worst I have had and I paid over $200... Couldn't even look at my reflection without getting upset. Went somewhere else a week later to have it all chopped off.

Afton is absolutely amazing!! I'm so happy to have found a stylist in the city who actually takes her time cutting long hair. She really paid attention to the details and made sure I was truly happy with the cut. It is also a fantastic price for a salon downtown which can be rather overpriced.

This is the only place to get your hair done. Period. Nobody’s better I promise. From sideways funky to normal they got you!! I have naturally curly hair and I will allow no one else to ever touch it again. I learned a hard lesson when I went astray.

Melissa styled my hair for an engagement photo shoot that was outside. My hair is very frizzy curly and I wanted it blown out. Our shoot was outside and it was snowing, my hair held up for an entire 2 hour hike in Elk Island.

So incredibly expensive. I got a trim and it cost over $70. The lady did a deep conditioning in my hair without asking me if I was okay with it and I ended up having to pay for it... I would love more honesty from this place.
