SAVE YOUR MONEY, ODALIA CLEARLY MAKES UP HER OWN PRICING !!! I went to see Odalia 3 times. October 2017 full head highlights for $120. January 2018 full head highlights for $140 April 2018 full head highlights $160. Yet she only did half my head, she did not do the back, I realized this as she was removing the foils. I was not impressed as this was my 3rd time receiving the same service in the span of 6 months why would I suddenly want a partial highlight ? As I went to pay, the receptionist told me $160 and I said hold on here "Are you guys making up these prices, every time I come, your charging me more money" ? I went on their website and showed the receptionist that it clearly states $85 and up for a partial highlight as this is the service I received. I was told not to rely on the website prices because they need to be adjusted ??? I have a short SQUARE haircut and my hair is all bleached, I'm only really getting 1 inch of roots highlighted how can it possibly be so expensive ?

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to write one for Kelly and Andrew. I was late for my hair color and hair cut appointment and was booked with Kelly for only an hour and half. Kelly was super accommodating and suggested me the best options based on my needs. She is a professional and knows exactly what she is doing. Although we ran out of time for the hair cut, she asked Andrew if he would be able to give me a hair cut and he happily agreed to do so. Kelly and Andrew did an amazing job with my hair. Super excited to see Kelly again tomorrow to retouch my hair color. 100% recommended :)

Really disappointed with everything. From the receptionist who was more concerned about her phone (I had to wait about 5 minutes until she was done shopping on-line shopping with another employee) to my stylists attitude, to the bad hair cut. The person who cut my hair seemed shocked that I didn't just want a trim. Which is weird since I didn't say that when I booked the appointment. It's too bad, the stylist came highly recommend. I guess they reserve respect, kindness and good work for regular clients that they like. Never again.

Went for a hairstyling. I have curly dense hair and wanted nice straight from top and curls at the end. I showed the picture of what exactly I wanted. Andrew did my hair and assured me that they will look beautiful and will stay for a couple of days. But sadly, couple of hours after reaching home my curls all opened up and my hair became a big mess!!! I had a planned vacation the next day.. all ruined coz of my hair. Very disappointed.

My new favorite Salon, I feel like I've finally found one to stick with. I've been there four times now and have been thrilled with the results! The prices are incredibly reasonable, the staff are friendly and more than happy to give advice and play with whatever styles you throw their way. Also, parking is painless and there's a Starbucks across the way should you want to get there early.

Made an appointment to have a trim and my hair done, I arrived 7mins early and was told she needed 20mins because she started someone else and they wrote what I wanted wrong, they thought it was only a style. 35mins later I ended having to leave bc of my time frame and at that point it was too late to start my appointment and she was still working on someone else. Such a disappointment!

I have been in the Salon Elegance several times for colouring and styling. I like Danka, Ray and Alex for the work their have done. I have a busy and unpredictable schedule and often have a last minute decision to come there. Whenever I came I always got great professional services with maximum attention to my needs. The place has a great price for the level of services they offer.

fantastic! so happy I found this place and they saved my hair. The location is perfect!! And it is so easy to book an appointment. At my old salon I had to book months in advance and I do not have that stress here. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and talented. Plus they offer great coffees and cappuccinos. I have been going to this salon for years and have always been happy with the service. JUAN is the most consistent stylist I have ever known and does amazing blonde highlights. Extremely clean salon and the receptionist Katie is always welcoming and professional. The owners are also always nice and make sure the salon is kept clean.

i'm a guy and i really recommend Raymond for haircuts and color... or something new especially Men tired of the same ol' barber give it a shot you'll like it! I got tired of the same barber who did a great job and i have no complaints against I just wanted to try something different for about the same price!

I don't recommend going to this salon at all. They don't know how to color. You show them a picture of blonde highlights and they will make you look orange. Save your money and go somewhere professional. This is not a good salon. All they want is your money and don't care about making you happy as a client

I visited this salon after doing my research online, and I wasn't disappointed. Good service since reception and the hairstylists. I went for a fresh haircut and Odalia did a great work. I left the place very pleased with my new style. Friendly staff and ambiance.

Recommended by a friend to see Andrew. He took his time and did exactly what I asked . My hair takes forever to blow dry and he patiently did his magic even with the next customer waiting. He is not a man of many words which is nice after a long day at work.

Just straightened my hair about three days later and noticed the dark brown colour they put on top of my blonde is very patchy.. I can still see patches of blonde in my hair. Not worth the 150$ I spent at all.
