I went there for days ago to get my lashes done and they started falling out the next day! They are supposed to last 2-3 weeks not just days,. So I go back and they replaced my lashes which included the lady ripping out several of my lashes & BURNING MY EYES from the removal creme just for the new set to start falling off the next morning. I went back to tell them that I wanted a refund since I’ve had two sets of brand new lashes in four days and none of them have stayed on my eyes for more than 24 hours of wearing them I wanted my money back and he said he told me he could only give me $15 of the $40 I paid it’s a total rip off. The lender continued to say he can o my do 15$ because then it’ll be his loss LIKE HELLO ! I paid full price for a set of lashes that are supposed to last 2-4 weeks and not to mention my eyes really hurt from removal and the redo. I can’t believe it happened. Removal cost 15$ alone, at least ones where the creme isn’t in your eyes.... 0/10

Since i have gone here i always have to elevate one of my eyebrow to make it the same high of the other one. Ones I let my eyebrows'hair grow back and decide to designed my eyebrow and went back there just to clean my eyebrows. I told the lady about it to make sure she understand how i wanted my eyebrow and i notice she got a little angry because i told her how i want my eyebrows done. Probably because they think they believe they do their job ok. Now i went back and notice that again the lady clean my eyebrow wrong one higher than the other. I do not recomended this service in this location at all

Do not go here! They are rough and careless. You will leave with burn marks and scars. I came to this location for about a year but only to a specific lady who relocated, now they have new staff some that don’t even speak a bit of English so when you tell them the wax is too hot they ignore you. I was burned in 2 different areas by the wax and still had to pay full price. I’m so disgusted with the service. They are basically letting people practice on your face!

If you like your eyebrows even and shaped this salon is not the best place to come, don't get your eyebrows tinted either because she made a mess, I have to go home and fix it, worse did not brushed my eyebrows to make sure where to thread to clean up, did not even sanitized her hands, I ask them to speak with the manager, they refused it,not manager available, if they messed up with your face you are on your own. Don't waste your money in there.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON.. My eyebrow was cut off horrible. I told the lady that I did not like it and I settled down a little so that it will be the same. the lady was rude. And not finish his work and still charge me. It is a pity that my family comes to this place and friends. Now they know what they did to me and they even laughed at me for the ridiculous work on my eyebrows. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE !!!

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and left with a both eye brows looking extremely red and BURNING, one eyebrow slightly bigger than the other and hairs in between my brows that were missed by the lady. I went home and plucked the eyebrow hairs that were missed. Oh and they don’t bother to sanitize the chairs or tools between clients. I’m disgusted.

Eh I went to this place for the 1st time today because the place were I always go was already close so I decided to give it a try but, she didn't shape my eyebrows, she just remove the hairs that were growing around I'm gonna have try to fix them a little bit them myself at least she didn't make them too thin so still can be fixed …

This would have been a 5 star experience if they had asked me what I wanted with my eyebrow threading. I didn't speak up and just let them do what they do best. In the end, my eyebrows were much thinner than I would of wanted and I get that was 100 percent my responsibility yet I wish they had asked before they started.

Es súper no para mí por qué es una tortura y yo mejor con mis pincitas como en los viejos tiempos ,a ver esperen pero mis hijas van y quedan divinas y además es un lugar muy profesional ....si yo no tuviera tanto miedo a eso pues que creen ahí estuviera cada que fuera necesarios.. recomendado por ver yo 100%.

They are very well all 3 at threading eyebrows fair price and i also got my blackheads took out and that went very well for my eyeshadows this was my second time there and will be going back i have become a regular now.lol definitely check this place out. …

Great service and price!! $8 for threading perfect threading job done went in and out in leas than 10 mins on a wed afternoon. It’s inside heb I almost missed it because I thought it was it’s own store but it’s not.

I will not be coming back ,one of the ladies was very rough and harshly did my eyebrows. Whenever I said yes to the cream she basically slapped it on my eyebrows and had a very rude attitude. I didn't like it.

Located inside HEB at Gulfgate. On the in-store pharmacy side of HEB. Easy to notice from the street in normal traffic. Wheelchair accessible parking lot structure entrances and restrooms.

I got my eyebrows done here and she was very patient and sweet. She asked me throughout the process if I liked them and did an amazing job! I loved my eyebrows
