So, a word to the wise. There's a window a this pharmacy that reads "DROP OFF" (for prescriptions, one would assume—unless they take fecal samples or something). There's another sign on the counter that says "This window closed. Next window, please." So, I go to the next window and I stand there for 20 minutes, waiting to be served, and keeping an eye on my watch because I had to go back to work. When I show my prescription, they tell me no; I have to stand in line—again!—at the *other* window that says "PICK UP." Whaa? Now I'm already getting late and probably won't get my prescription filled in time, because of signage that sends me on a wild goose chase.

So I come here to get my booster shot. They ask me loads more questions than the two times I have been before at another location. The assistant is unhappy I brought a photo of my cards that were used through the clear app. She doesn’t fill out a new card for me at the end and I have to repeatedly ask for some kind of verification I had the booster from them. She then hands me the sticker and walks away. Not great customer service. Also no coupon for having gotten the shot. Not a great experience.

Undoubtedly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I had a booster shot appointment for 11 am, and I am sitting here at 11:52 in the waiting room because the SINGLE pharmacist is unable to tell pushy customers in line to wait their turn. I have half a mind to think that I have to tell them how lines work myself. Edit: I got my shot 10 mins after this review. The experience was fine but working a pharmacist like this on busy weekends is unwise.

I never had a bad experience here I guess I'm lucky. Even when I was getting a booster shot the technician (who's a UCSF nurse I think) is very friendly and helpful. Make sure to check if GoodRX coupons are cheaper! Sometimes they are cheaper than insurance.

Wasted my time. They had a pharmacist take my prescription and then proceeded to waste a day before calling me to tell me that would be unable to fill it. Horrible customer service.

Terrible pharmacy, they don't keep a pharmacist at the desk which delays picking up your medications. And they repeatedly lie to you about when your medication will be ready.

Terrible experience, made appointment here for Covid test for travel. Came here and was told they don’t have tester? Waste my time and ruin my travel trip!

I called them 3 times so they could transfer my prescriptions from a pharmacy in LA. They never did it, and I went a week without my medication.
