I have availed household storage service from SafeStorage on the reference of someone who has been using their services.I am very pleased to say the least with the kind of professionalism that they have brought to this often dreaded part of any shifting. Be their prompt response to an inquiry or a very price competitive quote or being available for any customer queries during the planning phase. The best part for me came on the day of the packing and shifting my household items to the warehouse. The team of four young men who referred to themselves as ‘Kanku Team’. They arrived on time and very meticulously and carefully packaged each and every item with all the due precautions that SafeStorage promised in their marketing material. I was really amazed at their skill and the cheerful disposition with which they executed it. They coordinated amongst themselves and packed a 3BHK house which I strongly feel would demand a great deal of physical labor. They did it within 4 hours and always had their smile on their face. It just eases up your mind to have it done so well and in such pleasing a manner. A big shout out to this team for doing so awesome a job and in years this has been the best experience of house shifting for me.I just wish I had taken some photos of their work for someone seeing this to appreciate my words better. I am now sure that SafeStorage will live up to its promise until I get my items back at my new place. Thanks for making this whole experience a better and seamless one! You should consider getting into the packers and movers segment too if you are not doing this already.

DO NOT OPT SAFE STORAGE I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by SafeStorage. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had to share my feedback to ensure others were aware of the issues I encountered. Firstly, the transport services offered by this company are beyond terrible. They demanded the full payment upfront, promising timely delivery, but they failed to keep that promise. My items were not delivered on time, which caused significant inconvenience. To add to the frustration, the company's communication and customer service are abysmal. When I tried to contact them regarding the delay, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. The contact person, Sandhya, and the transport team were unresponsive, and their provided contact numbers seemed like mere decorations. Every time I called the customer care number, I was told they would "check with the concerned team" and get back to me, but that callback never happened. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with SafeStorage. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope that by sharing my review, others can avoid a similar ordeal. I can't emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with this company, and I will certainly be seeking a more reliable service provider in the future.

When I looked up the internet for a good storage facility, I got various ones, but SafeStorage caught my eye, because 1. Its reliability. 2. Customer ratings. 3. The lack of advertisement. 4. Ability of getting an estimate by adding the items on the website. 5. CCTV coverage. 6. Partial recovery. Every other storage facilities lacked either one of the above and that is why i decided to contact them. To my delight, the team reverted real quick and shared me the detailed quotation after discussion on the expected date of transport. The movement manager Ms. Ayesha Nuzhath, was very polite and responsive. The best thing was she never bugged me for payments or stuff. But, always responded whenever I reached out. It was a nice experience on the day of transport. The team brought enough packing material and complied with every request we made regarding handling of our items. They carefully packed every material including the appliances very carefully and never asked for a tip. Its been a month and I am happy with the service. My parents had to relocate between cities and already there was so much they had to sort out in addition to the packing, transporting and storing of their belongings. One of the team members Nikath Alia was my main single point of contact for all my queries and clarifications. It was so much easier, quicker and smoother. Extremely Disappointing Experience with SafeStorage: A Warning to All FRUD, UNETHICAL, 0 CUSTOMER SUPPORT One of my friend booked the intercity transport retrieval. and here is the horrifying story -> Items were received after a staggering delay of more than 15 days from the promised delivery date. Safe Storage committed in writing to refund 50% of the amount (16K) due to the significant delay. However, only a mere 5K was refunded, a blatant violation of their own commitment. -> Upon finally receiving the items, it was discovered that all significant items were damaged. Shockingly, despite more than 15 days passing since the items were received, no compensation has been provided. Additionally, attempts to contact their customer support have proven futile, as the provided numbers go unanswered To fellow consumers, please be cautious and consider alternatives. The frustration and inconvenience caused by SafeStorage are unacceptable, and I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone considering their services.

I had booked safe storage services for the purpose of household storage in warehouse on last of Feb 2023. I had a very good experience so far. Team was very supportive right from generating the quotation till the packaging, loading and transportation. The team was very professional in packaging the my household items. Once after the household items reaches in warehouse we will get all the details of inventory in the portal and get all the images of the same. My RM Prathyusha had promptly resolved all the queries I had and was readily available whenever I needed to talk to her over the phone.

Ms Hima Bindu was supported a lot entirely during the process from day 1 to till date. She answers all the queries without saying we will check and come back to you. I kept my household from Jan 2021 to Sept 2023. I was worried last year when there was flood in Bangalore. I asked them and they shared the photos. Still I was worried about fungus, termite, cockroach. But to my surprise things were look like I kept for only 15 days. Nothing happened. They use medicine every 2 months. All the things are in working condition as well(refrigerator, washing machine). Not a single thing was broken. Only thing that has minor scratch is Dining table corner. But that is acceptable. I am really happy with their service. I do strongly recommend Safe Storage.

Horrible experience. They give you once price before pick up and then change it by 155% after they have your stuff. The team is unresponsive, lacks basic understanding and is completely incapable of sorting out any issues. They then give you a payment link to "clear dues" and then after payment, they say there's more payment to be made. If you don't pay up, they won't return your things. On top of that, the way they store and transport will surely break your things. Modern day gangster behaviour. Stay away from them and find another company if you value your time and sanity.

Sujith and team for the brilliant work in collecting my items Update: I got a partial retrieval a few months after the storage. Since it was a single item, I was asked to collect it myself. Since warehouse was quite far, I sent out a Porter agent to collect it for me. Bishu Das was extremely professional. He made sure the item was correct, got the address proof from the delivery boy and sent it over to me. He also pointed out the incorrect name addressed to my item and immediately fixed it. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

I was given a tour of their warehouse in Hoodi and I was satisfied with the security and storage arrangements they have at this location. Safe Storage folks damaged our double bed by poking holes on the bottom ply of the bed, damaged fridge with dents and refused to take responsibility of any damage stating that it existed previously. The manager as well the delivery guys are rowdies, extremely unprofessional, pathetic behavior, wouldnt recommend them if you care for safety of your belongings.

Experienced guys and packed the items in a very good and a safe manner, so there won't be any harm on packed items. Items are well packed with bubble plastic wrap, good quality of cardboard. Polite attitude and they listen the instructions very calmly, even they suggest the better way to pack the items. No tip has been asked, that is the good thing.
