My entire family has been visiting this clinic for the past two years. Dr. Nonari is professional, caring, and kind (☆☆☆☆☆). Always had a great experience; however, the front desk's customer service quality has deteriorated since the old staff left last year. Current staff lacks work ethics and do not follow the "first come first server" protocol with walk in patients. Today, I called in the morning to check if they have an opening. I was advised to come in at 12:30pm. Arrived at 12:20 but had to leave after 90 minutes waiting and without seeing my doctor. I was told I was next after an hour wait, and yet they sent in 4 walk-in patients who arrived 30-40 minutes late after me. They didn't bother to explain or excuse when I reminded them that I was next in the line. I got a feeling that whoever they know or speak the same language would be placed ahead of the line. It was a disappointing experience. Hope Dr. Nonari addresses the matter, as a poor front desk will impact the overall patient experience and service delivery.

Pathetic and inhumanity! It's not walk in clinic, they lie to people. Even if there is an emergency, they don't care. They only care about appointments. They don't have mercy on patient, even if you are in extreme pain, it doesn't matter for them. Overall there is no humanity. I won't recommend to anybody. There is no zero star option in review, otherwise I would have given zero for this kind of behavior.The front desk staff talk about each other don’t prefer walk in patients. It’s a worst worst clinic I have seen in Calgary even I saw 1st doctor in my life she was very rude and unprofessional. If I have a chance I can give them zero star. Plz not recommend this place they have no moral values these type of clinic need to be close.if you have a family doctor another one so they become with you more more racist.

One of the worst experiences i have had. They referred me for blood work. My report was good but they did not gave me any call. I waited for 1 week and after that I called them about my report and the receptionist and Specifically Dr. Noonari said that if the report is good, they do not call the patient. How am I supposed to know that the report is good; “by magic i guess”. Instead the doctor kept arguing with me that according to law if the report is good we do not call and specifically said we do not have time to call each patient. They do not have normal decency to give a courtesy call to the patient. Kudos to your clinic.

Dr Noonari is an excellent doctor who’s medical opinion and treatment saved me a potential trip to the ER. He was thorough in his explanation of my treatment and condition and I would absolutely recommend the clinic. The waiting room is on the small side but they have exceptional hours.

I went to this clinic this morning. Dr Abdul is working just for money not for medical. He even doesn't listen to me that what's my problem. I asked him for blood test. He said come another day for test then what's point of coming today to you. Please make sure to listen to patient.

I booked an appt for my todder at 4:20pm. She didnt see the doctor until 6pm. That is just ridiculous. Why bother booking an appt if you have to wait that long. We were desperate to get an appt, but will not be making that mistake again. Very poor time management.

It's good to finally find a doctor who is willing to listen to patient's concerns and go above and beyond to help them (unlike some other doctors who have only been trained by AHS to dismiss patients concerns and save them money). I highly recommend Dr. Noonari!

Hours are incorrect, even for people seeking for an appointment. The clinic is NOT open from 12:00pm to 2:30pm(2:30pmish as it depends when the doctor arrives.). The times should be edited to save people the hassle of going and thinking it
