No VAT Tax return. They didn’t tell us that to get the tax back at the airport, it must be registered in the shop. The personal was nice, but not telling us that is a huge problem. THAT IS BAD SERVICE!

I'm really satisfied with my order with SVD. They offer quality and latest products on a discount. I had my Jordan 38 on a discount which is usually on a regular price still on other store.

Their service is very weak, I have done a refund on April 5th and until now I haven't received anything as they've promised. They take time to reply. I won't recommend to anyone
