Expect to be charged for items u didn't get nor receive I noticed my charges were a little high so I started asking for receipts after every purchase and they would sneak in products that I hadn't picked up and when I asked for my money back they gave me a hard time

very poor staff attitude, when one ask for any items, a very cold attitude is given on assistance for anything, a very "you are the bad guy" attitude, fuel pumps actually pump very slow too for some weird reason..... meh not a good place, it is clean but that is it

Best car wash if you get the expensive one $14.00 you won't be disappointed! Very nice guys work here, very clean and friendly. This is one of my favorite Shell gas stations to go to. Thank you for your hard work and excellent customer service all the time.

My review is in comparison to other GAS STATION carwashes. The car wash machine was absolutely terrible. It has you pull forward and the car gets the initial rinse and soap applied. Then the spinning scrubbing pads don’t even touch the car.

Friendly staff (but they give homeless people a hard time) lots of selections on drinks and snacks. However, the store definitely has a smell to it which can only be described as "sewage-y"

Our first gas station in Austin so I’m still trying to establish standards. The coffee had a vague chemical aftertone that could be likened to soap. The takis were fuego, however.

The building shouldn't advertise 24/7 if they in fact are not open 24/7. The worker was even in the building and signaled to me they were closed.
