I had booked a Innova Crysta from SS Car Rentals for a 2 day trip, here is my brief review of their service - Pro’s - 1. Vehicle was new and maintained in a good condition. 2. Driver Pradeep Ingole is a professionally qualified driver with a good attitude. 3. Vehicle was always on time and punctuality was never a problem. Con’s - 1. Pricing is a bit on the higher side. 2. Payment for the trip is asked for in advance (relatively low trust placed on the customer, no option given to pay after trip completion). 3. Driver accommodation for overnight trip is not managed by the company and drivers have to sleep in the car (as far as I was informed by my driver). Due to summer heat during my trip, I had to arrange for an accommodation for my driver and pay for it out of my pocket. I think the company should pay for driver accommodations during overnight stay as proper night rest is very essential for a driver to drive vehicle safely during the day.

Had a wonderful experience with SS car rental services.. We planned a trip to Mansar with around 13 people mostly women and children.. And I tried to book a mini bus for a day prior.. The owner humbly provided me available options and my work was done purely on the basis of telephone conversation... We were provided AC Tempo traveller 13 seater with driver and permit inclusive of petrol and GST of the payment.. I must appreciate the punctuality of the driver and owner, the vehicle was at my door next morning at stipulated time. The Vehicle was clean driver was humble person. Perfect! I was a tourist in India, October 2022. First time in Nagpur. I found SS Car Rental Service website and wrote to them. The first thing that set them apart from other companies was their neat e-mail correspondence. Mr. Rohan Subhedar answered my letters quickly, briefly and immediately gave all the information. The second - the price was named immediately, it was adequate, and absolutely clear, without additions and changes. SS car rentals - you’re one of the best services I’ve come across!! Rohan Subhedar and his drivers are very prompt, polite, and maintain clean cars. I found them to be absolutely professional at all times. The cars would reach before time to pick us up and I would always get a real time notification on whatsapp along with the correct geo tagged location of my car. Rohan would always follow up on my pick up and drop details along with various options of cars and pictures via whatsapp. At first I was skeptical going to another town that too into Pench where the roads would be a little rough. Recently, I availed Cab services from SS Car Rental when I visited Nagpur. It was such a hassle free experience to travel through SS Car rentals.
