What an embarrassing experience. This was quite possibly the worst experience of customer experience I had ever experienced. Long story short, I ordered 3 bottles of wine for pickup in store. When I went to pickup the bottles they store could only locate 2 of the bottles. After 10 minutes of the staff member trying to find the final bottle I asked for any other bottle as I wanted to get out of there. She advised me that she couldn’t give me another bottle as it would screw with the system. After another 20 minutes of her searching and me asking to speak with the manager I had finally had enough. I asked for my money back but unfortunately given the utter waste of time I had to purchase 2 new bottles. Behold I went into store to pick up 3 bottles, paid for 5 and left with 2. What a disgrace. Ohh and for the cherry on top I need to wait a week for them to refund me my money for the original 3 bottles. I wasn’t offered an apology nor any compensation as a show of my goodwill. I will never purchase from this store again and urge anyone else to steer clear. Great wines to try by the glass. Nice selection of cheeses too . Had the Berry Creek Blue and it’s divine ! ( this Australian cheese won a huge international award for best blue ~ so worth a try ). Sit back have some wine and watch the world go by. Staff are super friendly and easy going . One of our new favorite places. Photo is the after… sorry couldn’t stop to take the before photo, wine n cheese just too good.

This place is certainly not odd when it comes to a world class selection of natural wine. And Oli actually knows his stuff bottom to top. I just wish I have more time to shop the wines…lock your wife in the closet before you come treasure hunting here.

Great little bar. Wine selection is fantastic. Staff are friendly and fun, they kept our water glasses topped up and changed our wine glasses quickly when we changed bottles. Good job :)

This place has a cool selection and Tamara was so nice and helpful! She took the time to look up if multiple beers were vegan for us.

Always a great experience shopping here. Gerry is very knowledgeable and nailed the recommendations.
