Horrible service, my order was delayed by a week and even after calling and following up many times, they kept giving false promises saying they will deliver it today.. everytime I called...and still delayed with no courtesy to even call and keep me updated. Eben after telling them that i will be traveling out of town and require my items, they did nothing to help. And on top of all this, they shamelessly charged me without any compensation.... extremely poor service. Do Not Use their Services!!!!!!!! And i have not received my order even while typing this review!

I have used their dry-clean service three times, and I can tell you that it is not good service from this Branch in Horamavu. Response is pathetic.. they will never pick their phones. Delivery Person by the name Melvin needs to be mentioned separately, as he is even more hope-less.. Doesn't even want to acknowledge the problem, but keeps arguing arbitrarily. Misplaced clothes, Delayed Deliveries & Inflated invoicing, all happened to me already in these three instances. Stay away from this branch if you want peace of mind.

The best dry clean and laundry service in the entire vicinity of horamavu, banaswadi and Ramamurthy nagar. The owner of the shop, Mr.Venkatesh is very professional and he would suggest the best possible treatment/service for the clothes depending on the stains, fabric and the cost of the garment. He would always provide the accurate date of delivery at the time of taking the clothes and most of the times the clothes will be ready a day prior. I have been using SpinCycle services especially my Blazers,Jackets and Shoe cleaning. They are the best in business. They pack it clean and ready to be stored and usually not needed to use your Blazer storing bags. Convenient as they pickup and keep you informed about stains they have noticed and status of delivery. Love their customer centricity and will always advise their service. We just got two sarees dry cleaned and it was returned like brand new.

i have been using spincycles in horamavu area for my blankets and mattress protectors dry cleaning, the service is very prompt and perfect. they have the door pick up and drop as well as collection at their center. the guy in the center Mr. Venkatesh is very helpful and suggests what needs to be done given our requirement is explained to him to choose the correct services.

I gave them curtains for cleaning and ironing. All the white curtains came back grey. They totally spoiled our expensive curtains. Avoid them for any white clothes/curtains. The curtains were not even very dirty in the first place when we handed over to them, a proper soaking in hot water would have removed all the dirt. But they managed to spoil them.

Very bad experience, though being a regular customer. Staff/extended staff misbehaved, argued, threw the laundries clothes on the ground and delayed delivery with random various reasons. First 20 mins staff wasn't present and some other person was trying to help with the system.
