They do provide a good service, but they ruined my hair with their hair colour and hair cut.. worst hair cut and hair colouring done.. on the first day when they tried to do the colouring, I clearly asked if you will bleach and they said no.. but unfortunately I did not get the colour I expected. They asked me to come the next day for a second attempt and I asked them if this can wait for a week and their manager Madhu was like no we have to do it immediately in order to get the actual colour and without even my consent, they bleached my complete hair. Ruining my hair, I did not get the colour I expected. If you had to bleach my complete hair, then why couldn’t this have waited for a week. Madhu thinks ppl who come to their parlour are fools.. such a waste of Money.. I was a regular there for last five years, they really did a good service but ruining my hair was really not acceptable at all..

Recently I went for eyebrows, even though the staff was there to do eyebrows they refused me on the day I went. “staff already went back you can come tomorrow” they said, next day I went for eyebrows the one who told me before the day like nobody is there to do eyebrows same lady only did my eyebrows on next day, while doing eyebrows she cutted my skin in 2-3 places near eyes it was so painfull, seriously how can they do it for me! while doing eyebrows no proper shape she was giving even though I was asking her to do, it was very horrible, I felt like there is no professional eyebrows maker in sparsh salon. Worst experience ever just for eyebrows.

Horrible customer service. When I chose a colour for my hair colouring the two staff laughed at my face asking “Ma’am u want this colour?” They justified themselves saying they laughed for something else. I called Owner in front of them to complain and they were still laughing. Called the owner she said she will talk to him. But no response from the owner too after that. Not even an apology!!! Will never recommend this place to anyone!!! A place where staff laugh and ridicule customer for their choices. If that colour does not suit my skin tone there are better ways to communicate that instead of laughing at ur face

Horrible customer service... They don't know how to talk to their customers and their words are uneasy and insulting, they think they are all Miss Worlds of the present... They wasted so much of my time for selecting facial and suggesting the ones I clearly refused, they only suggested me with the higher cost ones... Later when I changed the package, they billed me more where I would have taken it individually it would be beneficial... I don't recommend this to anyone... Giving even one star is worthless...

I asked them for service and they asked me wait for few minutes and they making everything ready but after waiting for 10 minutes one more women came and asked wt service I need and again one more after few minutes but they didn't provide any service after I waited for more than fifteen minutes and they were just talking to each other timepassing even after I sked them to hurryup as my husband was waiting outside.I got so tired of waited I just came back without taking any service .

Had a terrible experience today... Had gone for touchup..asked for ammonia free colour..They said Loreal but not sure what product they were using , my scalp started burning, got it washed immediately..my eyebrows are uneven..one thin n the other thick... Upperlip has bubbles all over...and in the end they charged me for all the services...charged me for the hair product which sat on me for 3 mins tops... I had higher expectations from a brand like Sparsh.

I must give 10* to their service. I met Madhu, she was amazing. Service these people provide to this cost is absolutely worth. Madhu did a very good job seriously. And Mandira did hair spa once even she was amazing. I had back pain and bicep pain, everything was gone by her spa. I’m not sure about others but these people were amazing. In love with their work. I recommend everyone to give a try here and I’m sure you’ll never be disappointed.

I am the regular customer of Sparsh beauty salon since the day it was opened. The place is very neat and hygienic. Reshma the owner of the parlour is a very polite and humble she listens to all the customers need. The staff is very polite and professional. Pramila, Ambika,Mandira, Pratigya are very sweet and good. Madhu is very good with her work and manges the whole parlour really well. Madhu 's services are always at par.

I visited this place to get few salon services , they started with the eyebrow. It was clearly uneven and I told the girl that it looked uneven , well turns out they don't know how to care for their customers and can't provide basic customer service in this Era o where customer service is the EDGE YOU CAN GICE ANY ONE

Most horrible haircut service. Please don’t take haircut service if you love your hair. The way they talk to customers is very disrespect-able. They don’t understand what is your requirement and cut your hair in a very bad way.

Went for my hair cut. The setting was done by another lady who rolled my hair do high that it looked like wings..she said once you wash you it will be fine..hair cut was horrible. Staff was nice, courteous.

Sparsh salon is one of the beat in around Sarjapur Vicinity. In past few months they have opened multiple branchea serving sarjapur community. They peovide home services as well with reasonable charges.
