The spa facilities are very good. The service is bad. You will enjoy eventually. But Good luck trying to find someone to help you inside the spa. There was no hot water in the shower area. No one there to inform. I had to walk a long way till I reached the reception and asked for help. No one is there to show you how to (USE) The shower. Then after wasting 10 minutes trying to find someone to help finally I was advised to take a shower in the treatment room. I took the shower then didn't find any towels to dry myself after that. The massage was good.

Sehr schöner Spa-Bereich (für Männer & Frauen immer getrennt). Es gab eine Sauna, Dampfsauna, Rhassoul (war bei mir außer Betrieb), einen Salzraum, Kaltbecken und einen großen Whirlpool mit verschiedenen Funktionen im Aussenbereich. Es gab stets frische Handtücher & Getränke. Die Umkleide war ebenfalls super organisiert, mit vielen Produkten. Ich habe meine Zeit hier sehr genossen!

This spa has it all. It is big and wonderful. With sauna, steam room, another different steam room, salt room, big haman, pile of ice, cold bath and a mega jacuzzi pool with all kinds of jets that you can turn on by yourself. Many bath accesoires and free water en towels.
