Small rear bumper scratch that was easily traced to another customer pulling out and tapping my bumper. Once I got home after a trip I noticed the Scratch and went back up to document it for them. They filled out a report and did not show where they had documented the scratch when I had dropped off the car. After I followed up several weeks later the claim was denied because the damage was noted when they received the vehicle on the Valet ticket....Be careful with these guys!!! They lost a customer who travels weekly.
