DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE PATIENCE! I purchased a 3.5 hour package deal at SOS. The beauty salon is decorated in a lovely orange and the staff is amazing. All the beauticians and Krishna at the front desk are extremely talented. I have no complaints about my eyelashes, mani pedi, facial or massage. However, I had to return a second day to finish my package. Today, I returned to get the rest of my services completed. 10 minutes into my manicure, this group of women walk in DEMANDING hair and nails and music and what not. I ignored. Soon, I realized that those who were already there including myself were NO longer a PRIORITY. One lady walked out. Eventually, I found out they were the owners and their needs were MORE important than the PAYING customers. As time passed, I had to WAIT for a massage because the owners sister's facial was a priority even though I was NEXT to go. I went downstairs to grab dinner and the ladies were kind to wrap a towel around my hair mask. I have never seen such ENTITLEMENT in my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you visit another salon. Although the ladies working there do a FANTASTIC job, it's sad witnessing the owners DON'T see the VALUE in the customers that visit the salon.

Average Salon Services. I had booked my self a Dhs 149 package of Gel mani pedi and organic facial. The facial was good. But my attendant kept receiving appointment calls which were disturbing my calm during facial. The Trial staff Maryanne who was doing my mani pedi was gentle but lost in between my service as she was new for that day come in for a interview trial. My gel Nail polish which lasts for a month has peeled off Frm my finger and toes nails reason old Gel polishes . Total waste of my money value. Not recommended.

I got a coupon through group on for mini-pedi and it was worth 55 Dhs ...and everyone know that the price that mintioned in group on is included VAT..when I finished the service i hand out the money for the lady in the front desk .she said you have to pay 3 Dhs more for Vat I was explaining to her the group on prices and she started to shout at me For the Hygiene issue I would say it’s 2 out of 10.

WORST PROTIEN EXPERIENCE EVER COSTED NE AROUND 1000 and after i showered cane back to the same hair before treatment. The convinced me alot and called alot my bad i trusted them and did it i still regret it .. damaged my hair even more.

Very poor quality of gel nails they do. My gel nail fell off completely after one day simply because it got into contact with water. Others chipped off after a week.....disgraceful!

I would rate this parlor only average. Its take hours to finish if you take a package. With just 4 staffs. Well the staffs were friendly though..I won't really go here again.

Great service from all the ladies! Manicure and pedicure by Lorylei are excellent! She is amazing! Very clean place and nice stuff! Definitely will come back!
