One day Arly was hadning out the flyers around the neighborhood not too long after I moved in to the house with the so-told 10-year old roof while bought the house and didn't know I have wind/hail damage. At that time I was skeptical so I took the flyer until almost one year later, I was jogging around the neighborhood and Soriano Roofing was replacing the roof at one of my neighbor's that made me curious. Arly saw me and approached me, then helped me navigate through understadning my insurance coverage and walked me throuh the process of submitting the claim with insurance company. A super job from start to finsih and the service is very professional. Arly and Mendoza are good people who do good honest work. I am so thankful that I found Soriano Roofing. We got a roof from a smaller no name company because of price. Certain issues appeared afterwards but we were unable to find them or contact them successfully. Soriano Roofing was the only company that listened to our issues and sought to help us. They did a very thorough evaluation and helped remediate the issues left by previous roofers.
