So wanting to try a completely different brand can be daunting for me. Steps in Ms. Brianna at SNIPES with a chirpy "may I help you?" And the rest is herstory. Bri assisted me so well. I asked a million questions, asked her opinion several times after I thought I'd settled on D ONE. She had to check the storeroom clerk one thousand times for my *size all's and start over hoof* all while seeing to other customers and not once did she seem tired or annoyed with us. She's one of those people that "bloom where they're planted" and Bri blooms so well. She even got me a discount of more than half off the price I thought I was paying! You know the discount Goddess in me was celebrating and doing and inside DRIFT dance right! I'll be recommending this branch and Bri to everyone that needs new kicks and will be back whenever I need more myself. Bri is DA BEST! 5 star general! The End.

Do not waste your time showing up early for Jordan releases to this 958-960 Flatbush avenue Snipes. I have gone to this Snipes on three separate Jordan release dates.I have always been at least fourth in line. If it's a hype Jordan release they're already spoken for by employees friends and reseller partners. If there's a size their friend or reseller wants then your not getting it even if you were first in line. Your chances of getting the release is better on the Sneakers app which I did while standing inside this Snipes store on flatbush. Pay attention to the staff giving each other signals when you ask for a size to purchase. FYI there's even a reseller two doors down so yeah you know

I go to this store in the store is really nasty the workers the shoes not on the price on it and when you ask for the price the guys get mad I get part of shoes I asked for look different and she said we don't have it she didn't even check in the computer o ask somebody I'm baby baby disappointed about the people work in Disney Store only one lady be nice with me and she helped me

The workers in this store attitude stinks. You ask to speak with the manager his attitude is even worse. I will never go back to this snipes on Flatbush. The guys that work around the store do a very good job, but there is a short white girl behind the counter who spoke to me with a very bad attitude. She has to learn to deal with customers , if she doesn't like her job, she should quit..... Learn how to talk to customers u not in the hood. …

Love this shoe store,the store associate was great,very helpful and upbeat I was just browsing but because she was so courteous I ended up buying 2pairs of shoes and my friend I was with bought 3pairs,snipes on Flatbush I think thats where the store is,I just hat that I can't remember the associates name
