Check this out I went to the cashier showed her the picture of what I wanted from Snipes app she said you have to look on the wall I looked on the wall didn't find it came back asked about another shoe she in turn she said look on the wall again I showed her a code to get 10% off she said I cannot use it at the moment,,so look on the wall to see if you see it I said you can't look for it in the computer she said you have to look on the wall so for me that was not a good experience I had to find my own boots instead of her typing in what I showed her send it to the guy downstairs and he bring it up I'll still shop there but I better bring my glasses to look up stuff on the wall, lol .

Very rude staff. I'm not really sure why this store is still around. I checked in here to see if they had a particular sneaker because I was in the area. This staff is unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping the customers they were taking about what they did the night before. Ghetto, neighborhood people I guess. Revamp your staff. They need better training if they ever had any from the beginning...

Ordered a pair of shoes, wore them once and they killed my feet. Returned the item at my own expense to find out a week they they sent it back to me. Their policy is the "shoes could never be worn, as new". How about trying them Jimmy! There are a bunch of places online they accept the returns, no question asked, and they provide shipping. Sorry bro you lost my biz for good.

the store is very nice and organized, it has almost everything you are looking for, but unfortunately in summer times that store is an oven, it is unbearable to be in there for only 10 minutes, I hope you take my opinion into account and have your customers more comfortable

This store needs more RED Nike tech hoodies thats the main thing everyone is looking for at this store but other then that the service is Very good here their employees are very nice and helpful too

I tried to call to acquire information about a bicycle sneaker. No one picks up the phone the telephone number of the website no one picks up very upset. Don’t like to waste my time.

The worker get pay to work but when u ask them something they act like they don’t want to work so remember the Customer is always right
