I booked an appointment with Emma at SN Lounge for anti-aging treatment (Botox). As it was my first time, I was a bit nervous. After a meet n greet and a consultation with Emma and a doctor, I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Emma was very thorough in explaining the whole procedure including the pro/cons. By the end of the consultation, I was relaxed and ready to go ahead. Emma was very gentle, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I have had 3 appointments with her now, I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Emma when it comes to cosmetic procedures. Emma has a calm, nurturing and beautiful nature. I cannot praise her enough. 10/10

I’ve been getting lash extensions for 10 years now, and know what good lashes are meant to look and feel like. I felt like I was in safe hands the moment my eyes were closed. Extremely happy with the quality of the lashes and how they have opened up my almond shaped eyes! I’m looking forward to getting more beauty treatments here!

I was given a gift voucher and I decided on the hydro facial and it was amazing. Honestly my skin hasn’t felt this clean and hydrated in years.
