Worst experience with this service provider. Such an unprofessional people and no shame on what they did. We booked them to shift from Jayanagar to Munnekollal. They confirmed it will take 6 hours time to shift 2 bhk house and they started morning 8.30 and packing they finished by evening 5. More than 8 hrs it tool only to pack the item. There were only 4 people came for shifting. Also not with sufficient packing material. Bubble finished and they told to wrap glass almirah in paper only. Also they left utensils stand and ro stand. We had to remove those and pack with us. Somehow they reached 7 to location after finishing their dinner. The people came were very nice but service provider is very Disappointing. We suffered alot with my 1.5 months old baby. Without food, milk and space to sleep, she too suffered with us. And bloody people asking us at 11. 30 in night what we should do now. They planned to complete the job by next day morning 3. Imagine they started 8.30 morning and targeting to finish by next day morning 3. No recommendations. Stay away from SMS packers movers if planning to shift

Their office staff speak to you very politely till deal is made. They send unskilled people who wrap up every thing and dump it once you reach your place. They insist for exhorbitant tips which you will be forced to part with. No preconditions will be told at the time of booking. But once delivered, you have to fend yourself with unpacking and returning of carton boxes. They insist you to pay security deposit of Rs.80/- per box which will be paid back only if you carry by yourself and return the boxes. If you ask them to come and collect the empty boxes, you have to pay Rs.30/- per box. These things will not be told to you at the time of booking. The guys who come for shifting are not professionals. They took my tools on the pretext of returning back but they never returned. When I complained to the office staff they simply ignored my complaints saying they would enquire and return if available. When I clearly told the details to them, they started avoiding phone calls. Very unprofessional behaviour.

The guy who talks in call is very professional, But Their employees are not professional at all. I've already mentioned about Google reviews in call, Although I've already seen bad reviews , i trusted the details given in call, but that's false. They don't pack things properly & don't have right packing items, also . Damaged Fridge and some things. If we ask employees about the damage they made, they'll not respond. And At last asked for extra money and took. They don't even care about our things. May be quotation is cheaper than other movers and packers, but quality they maintain is also cheap. If you want to move your items safely please don't go for it. Seriously, not happy with their service.

Cons: . Delivery people charged 2000 more at the end of shifting, they were asking for more, weren't moving. . I had to go to their location to return the cartons and get my refund, didn't pickup my calls after service was done, as I needed my refund. . Didn't bubble wrap although they brought one coz they were in hurry. . It was 6 of them, still they denied taking a part of our cot downstairs, I had to convince them to take down, they were ready to leave it in 1 of the middle floors. . Our wooden furniture got scratches all over coz of their rough handling . They took sweets, lights, and were asking for more things to take away while shifting Pros: They were able to shift.

Hi all, Shifted last week. *The marketing guys will speak like professionals. But the guys who come for shifting they dont have any very untrained guys. *After shifting had done, so many items are missing. Valuable things like 2earphones, 1mobilephibe, mirror we searching everywhere but not found. We complained by calling them no response. *They did so many scratches on furnitures. *The guys who came for help they are not professionals. *They dumped the things from their cartoon boxs all over the place.

Worst team the management has sent for shifting. They stolen money and now I have filed a complaint against company and the workers.The manger is not attending the call. Please beware of your belongings when you call SMS packers for home shifting. In each room a person accompany is required while they are packing. There were 6 people and were in very much hurry, made lot of scratches. Totally messed by dumping all items in one carton box. There is no segregation of items. Unprofessional workers.

I would say one the worst ever customer experience I ever had till date. 1. Wrong promise and commitment. Had promised to send a vehicle in the afternoon and had not got any updates till evening with multiple follow ups 2. They weren’t answering calls. Had to drop to their office to check. 3. Very rude behaviour by Raju. Started pointing fingers and was not ready to accept their fault and “0” ownership. And I had to opt for a different service provider.

Last week we have booked SMS Packers for our house shifting from Kasturi Nagar to Ozone Urbana. They came Late by 2 hours. Workers are not professional or trained. They bought limited packing material and packed few items. Remaining items and furniture they have dumped without packing. Our furniture got damaged. Valuables are missing. When we complain, no proper response from the company. Worst service. Better to avoid them.

Please do not opt their service, they send unskilled labours who damage your items. The price is also not less. Worst service. Instead of hiring them It is better to hire individual vehicle and 4 labours yourself, It will workout cheap and more importantly save your items. Yhey also take 1000 rupees as tips, if u give less they ll lot leave your place at all. Please do not take service from SMS packers and movers

We had used their for transportation inside of banglore and our 50 inch tv broken and also our bathroom cleaning equipment’s are broken , our cupboards legs are broken. Worst transportation ever and had a bad experience. I would never recommend this to packers to anyone. No effective response from owner to compensate the damages they’ve done

Very professional service offered by SMS packers, right from the first call to completing the service. I rescheduled the service two time but the process was so smooth. I get a confirmation call in a very timely manner. ONLY Critical factor is that some additional training related to the business etiquette can be provided to the labors.

Very poor service, they destroyed my products, photo frames were broken, and they charged and packed 4 boxes in front of me but delivered 2 boxes, stuffed everything in 2 boxes, which means they opened thr boxes in my absence, everything was total mess, quality of deliverables is very poor, book at your own risk

I had a very good experience with SMS packers and movers. For a person shifting for the first time ever it went quite smooth and it was tough job as they had to shift my things to triplex .. they did with ease .. and were very responsive to our requests and suggestions.. Thank you Raju and team!

Bad experience our TV got damaged, in kitchen masala items got mixed, chilly powder box not packed powder all wasted. Sofa was not packed they shifted as it is king size bed not packed bed also became dirty etc. I contacted office and I explained all this but no response. Worst Worst service.

1. Took a whole day (10am to 6pm) to move the 3 bhk stuffs for 2 km distance. Could have done faster as wr have already cleared the wardrobes stuffs. 2. Even after insisting multiple times, bubble wraps were not done for bigger furnitures. Our cot is damaged on all corners..

They are the worst packers and movers I went through..Poor handling.Destroyed my furniture and even I am not getting my Ac remote and outdoor accessories..When called them they just say asking the driver to call but no one is bothered to call back..Really disgusting

0 rating very rude, disrespectful and defiant. they open / break open locked things to see what is inside. break things when moving. they urinate in the house and don't cleanup and don't inform. the person handling the phone / calls is irresponsible.

Do not use their services. The workers plan and steal stuff which they plan by talking in different language. They stole a costly liquor bottle worth 2000 rs and a pair of shoes worth 8000 rs. Even owners do not take responsibility, so beware.

Highly recommended. Guru and team did a through and professional job. They patiently understood our requests and followed instructions. Did their work in a planned and systematic way - shows they are very experienced in this field.

Value for the money, amount discussed from BLR 2 CBE, Every items packed and loaded then finally you need pay 80% or 90% of money, once container reached receiver place then need to final part of amount. Good service.

Not professionals, they dump everything in a box like loading a garbage, also they are pathetic in collecting the return boxes even after multiple followups. Avoid at any cost.!

Simply don’t waste your money by calling them, careless people, not responsive. Management should correct this otherwise it’s a bad for your company also.
