Normally I don't use visa services as I've done extensions for 30-years myself. However, I'd lost my retirement visa after a 3-year covid enforced absence. I was using a different Immigration office than my usual one as I decided to live in Bangkok instead of Nonthaburi. Also, several policies and requirements were different than pre-covid. I wanted to get it right and build a foundation to use for the next few decades. I'm glad I chose Siam Legal to navigate the process. I began the process from my home country and Art and Samantha generously gave plenty of information. As well as patiently responding to my many inquiries and double checking that there were no mistakes or misunderstandings between us. Once in the ground, an oversight was made regarding banking procedures. I'd add here, don't convert your overseas transfers to Baht but keep in dollars so the bank on this end convert it and its easier to get proof of your funds coming from abroad via your bank. This mistake unbeknownst to both SL and myself required a drawn-out visit to the receiving bank, not only my bank, lots of pleading, and additional expenses. Plus, the threat of 7-10 working days to sort out. All very desperate as I had to extend my visa within two days. Siam Legal responded quickly and spoke with the bank officers who thankfully went above and beyond to help me. Without this call I could have really had a much worse time of it. Poy and/or Yasmine provided attentive service as they filled out forms, made copies of documents, and accompanied me on all trips to Immigrations. I had direct contact via Line and phone calls and thus found it easy to prepare for each step of the journey. Much easier and quicker than email exchanges. They kept good spirits and humor during what can only be described as some arduous waiting periods. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. So much so, I am confident I can easily extend my visa myself next year. Though would consider using this company's service again for the ease of it. I'd definitely recommend that anyone considering moving to Thailand use their services too. And as I did, also to start the conversation well before you land. While not the cheapest nor most expensive service, it was well worth the money and time spent with this company. It's better to get it right, make your stay and dealings legally sound, than to have to fix problems under duress. After getting everything sorted, I can now fully relax and enjoy all the Kingdom has to offer. Grateful.

It was a pleasure to work with Siam Legal for my retirement. I initially meet with Talisa who provided the basic criterion for my retirement visa. Tour assisted me with the primary paper work, bank setup, and accompanied me on the first visit to the immigration offices. Poy took me on my final day to complete the application. Sam also jumped in one day when Talisa was not immediately available. The team work displayed kept the ball moving and their cohesive effort meant any one of them could address any issues. Tour had all the paper work correct the first time at immigration; my last day Poy and I were the first ones in line at the bank at immigration, or it could have easily been another hour wait. The day before that, Talisa filled out all the paper work which helped us get that early 7am start. Shambles! Avoid using their visa and marriage registration service. Better off doing it by yourself. The carelessness is negligent, from: * Filling in the Schengen application form incorrectly. * Providing translated documentation untranslated. * Booked flights that were not useable in the application stage. * They were confident in booking flights for us when we asked. Turns out it was completely false. * Booked flights that had my name spelt incorrectly. * Response during the process was extremely slow. Customer service is lacking. * On the day of the visa appointment, our case was handed to someone else who said she knew nothing about our case. She was only there to hand over our documentation. * Ended up correcting everything ourselves, last minute, inside a coffee house next to the visa office. *Confidently gave information that was false. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Siam Legal provided high quality support all along the LONG LONG path that led to Pla getting her U.S. K1 Visa today. Khun Sea was always there answering our MANY questions, providing the best customer support. Also, a few years prior, Siam Legal told Pla and I that they wouldn't even try to work with us(/take our money) on Pla trying to get a U.S. Tourist Visa as it was virtually impossible. This turned out to be VERY SOUND immigration legal advice, as we found out when we tried unsuccessfully with two other visa assist companies to get Pla her U.S. tourist visa. The first attorney's we went to changed their price when we met them in person, so I went to the US Embassy for advice. The embassy told me they could not recommend any law office but when they have done business with Siam Legal , everything was perfect. Well that was good enough for me so that is who did our paperwork. I must say that they did what they said, plus. They stayed in constant contact, they returned every email promptly, they did everything they said they would do, including assisting my wife with her final interview at the embassy. In May 2022 I spent quite some time to find a good legal provider in Thailand. I needed to incorporate a few local companies in the country. I found a few ones that seemed to be reliable. Communication process through emails made me finally choose Siam Legal. Corporate Team of the company provided me with precise and clear information from the very beginning. So by the time I took my flight to Bangkok I had all prepared. The process was very smooth, fast and efficient. Everything was done in a couple of weeks, including assistance with opening a corporate account. Easy communication, high level of professionalism, multiple options as the answer to different questions.

Awful an unprofessional. One hour consultancy will cost your ฿8560. There are a lot of free one hour consultations that can be found if you look around , which are far more professional than these guys. They promised me a lawyer who can speak English, but at the end they brought a lawyer who didn’t speak English. The translator introduced himself as legal aid who was very aggressive, rude and constantly interrupting me about everything. Fees are heavily structured to gouge foreigners, who have not done their due diligence to look around for alternatives. Do your homework and find somebody who is more personable, listens to you, and is respectful to you.

I used Siam legal for my k1 visa and take about 1.4 yrs till visa was approved . They prepared all documents for you. Take you to hospital for health check.
