I walked into the beautiful boutique in Southland on the 6/12/19 @ 12.25pm approx. The store looked beautifully presented and smelled incredible. I was although extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I felt totally out of place, not welcomed and as such an intruder. Not once did any of the sales assistants approach me, speak to me, smile or say hello. A lady was approached 2m away from me in which the SA went and greeted her, smiled and did the whole retail spin. I walked the entire store and back again, just hoping potentially I could get some help. I dont understand how staff can be so rude and disrespectful, Bricks and Mortar stores are suffering and the need for CS is paramount. I'm utterly shocked as this was the only store in Southland which had the WORST service. I would have spent over $300 and been a repeat customer but you have lost me forever. Even MYER had better CS. A new training/store manager perhaps?
I purchased an item online and went to the shop to return or exchange it, as there were no other sizes I wanted to return it. I was told that the store had already reached their limit of returns for the day and that I could come back another day! The store is more than 30 mins away from me so I am not going to go back and forth hoping that they can take my return on that day. No other store has this limit and it has nothing to do with the bank enforcing a limit. I've been in banking and finance for my whole career and have never heard of this. Even if it were the case, the bank could easily make this change if it's impacting the customer experience. I will never shop at Sheike again because of this experience.

Clearly they don’t want sales or any customers because I don’t think they even noticed us walk in and out. Maybe everything is just free for taking? Update: Customer service contacted me, after little back and forth I was told an area manager would contact me. I have received nothing. This has proven to me that Sheike does not care about their customers. I will no longer be recommending or shopping with the company.

There are a lot of stores, most ive never heard of before. All the shops were closed except for ALDI, Target, and Cole when I arrived, which was fine by me. The bathrooms were clean. Odd toilet set up, but I'm from the States where there's just one button or handle and a lot of wasted water.
Customer service today in your store was disappointing! The store employee was rude and told me the outfit I tried on did not go together and said "I do not like the pants on you at all". Ironically the outfit I chose is paired together online. Not a positive shopping experience.

My wife bought an awezome dress for just $49. I think it was reduced by about 100 or 150. Wow. Plus their whole range was at $49.
