So i got my hair statightened on 25th of Aug, 2022 and it was pathetic. At that point, the only option i was left with was getting the hair chopped. I reviewed the salon here and i got a call from salon stating that they'll rework on my hair and will make it fine. Based on this committment of theirs, On 1st of Sept, 2022, i proceeded and they treated my hair with Ketatin and confirmed that the hair will be better & okay. I have been using the shampoo prescribed by them - De fabulous shampoo & Conditioner. Earlier while straightening, i was recommened to use Loreal xtenso shampoo & mask which i took, later after 5 days i had to take another shampoo. Now, its been around 20 days since the keratin was done and 25 to the straightening, and my hair is at its worst. I do not know if its their fault as they keep saying the hair was dry and if it was dry, it was their obligation not to proceed with anything at first only and to this their response is they did what i wanted, to which i really do not know what to say. The only thing i wish to state is that if you are running a salon, you must be aware of what must be done and what not. It does not matter if my hair was dry or the people in salon treated it in wrong way, but at last after spending from my end, i am at loss.

Had been to this salon for smoothening but they convinced me to get keratin done.Just for their sales and profit I did get it done but it wasn't done properly at first so I had to go back for another round. After which they burnt my hair in the second round and since then I've been facing bad hair fall, Before also i had got smoothening done, i never had a hair fall. I do not recommend this salon as they just use their sales tactics to push people towards keratin giving n number of reasons of why it should be done. The salon needs to be responsible enough to make sure they give the right advice and service rather than push people on other services just to increase their profits!

There is only 5 stars to rate I would give more if there was an option. One who is missing out this place for ur services please do visit once u will be delighted for sure. Extremely professional staffs I can say I have become an regular customer here most of the time i don't missout having head massage from (Pratiksha) specially very much professional, in advising about services also she has the meaning of relaxation in her fingers. Especially SAS has a great Team Keep rocking. All the best ❤️

Worst experience ever. They simply don't match the standards of looks. They are using l for the sake of it but doesn't provide value service. The guy cut my hair to such a small length even when I instructed him to cut it to medium length. Hair form the back are so unevenly cut. This is a very nice budget friendly saloon for men and women at Koramangala that is giving all kinds of services from haircut, colouring to facial. The employees are very professional and saloon maintains heigiene. Specially "Salman" is excellent at his work, he is very professional and very friendly, I am a regular customer of him. If you visit the saloon I recommend to take haircut, beard trimming etc from him , his hands can do magic.

I recently visited the place for smoothing but salman has suggested me to go for kera smoothing based on my hair condition and it turns out really good he was very professional in his work after that the haircut was done by faheem he has the done the exact hair look what I want good job and saina did my eyebrows which was perfect overall the staff's were very polite and professional behaviour love to visit the place again.
