Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable. Nancy was most helpful, providing me with information specific to what I was looking for. While they did not have what I wanted, she did refer me to a location that would. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is less selection at this location, but 5 stars for service, which is consistently good here. Update July 2021: cashier was dismissive at last visit, not friendly at all. Leaving 4 stars for now as another staff seemed to be providing good service to another client.

Staff called "Bob" ....which I am sure is not his real name...which is all he would give me was very rude and should not be working with the public...he hates his job and hates the public more. I looked around and just left because I can spend my money at another location.

Overall great, not a big selection but great, you might wonder why the 4 out of 5 stars?? Well the only bad experience I had its..... You cannot say to a customer "Are you done yet because there people outside waiting" after 5 min in store.

Good selection and service, but it doesn’t connect to the mall from the inside. Saw someone walk out of SAQ with a bottle and slip on ice while walking towards the mall. This SAQ is part of the mall so it should connect from the inside also.

The place is quite small. So there's a limit of choices. Some staffs doesn't really know their alchohol. Plus, there's a few staff over there, so id you need help, it will take a while.

The absolute worst service. Employees seem angry to help you. Once again, a fantastically horrible job by the SAQ. Never again! Had to put a star to post.

Great service i didn't find the bottles that i originally was looking for but i had great help from an employee to find a very similar type of scotch

I was served by a young man named Charles who was very helpful in helping me choose a wine,which is very good. He was so friendly and delightful.

It's an SAQ so they all look and feel the same, but this one has good friendly staff and a respectable Kosher wine selection

You always get help to try new things!!!! Personal is always smiling and ready to help, plus I always find what I need!!!!

Very small selection of products. But they have the necessities. Vodka, gin, spirits, wine and champagne.

Showed 5 in inventory online went to store had none, dont waste my time, keep your inventory up to date !
