I had a very negative experience here on the evening of Friday, December 15, 2023. When I was walking out of the store, the manager stopped me and accused me of stealing a bottle because I apparently resembled someone on camera who actually stole from this store previously. Upon searching my bag, he found nothing of course. I understand if you want to search someone's bag if they resemble a previous thief, but to aggressively assume that they're the same person and accuse them as being a thief is very unprofessional, insulting and doesn't look good. I made a formal complaint to head office.

The older lady working this afternoon (Caissier 9300351) was very rude to me because I’m “young”. She didn’t say hello or ask if I found everything ok; simply said “show me an ID” and after I showed her I’m well over the legal age she gave back the ID and greeted the next guest, completely ignoring me. Awful customer service. I’m a regular shopper there but I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Great selection of whisky, bourbon, and scotch. Close to the downtown core - within walking distance to major hotels. EXCELLENT customer service - when I informed my clerk that I would be transporting purchases home to another province, he bubble-wrapped each bottle, and secured within a rigid cardboard box!

They have a wide variety of wines from all over the world but interestingly enough limited options of California wine. I also wanted to try an ice wine but they have only one brand…

This SAQ surprisingly has decent selection for being inside a train station. Hours are very short, so make sure you check beforehand. They also have digestifs for you to try.

They won't serve you unless you show them personal medical history. Horrible since tax dollars are used to pay for the inventory and their salaries, terrible service

Staff is nice and friendly, verry helpful to let you know best suggestions or product. Wide choice of wine and spirits available there

Usual SAQ, not a great collection. Main store is under renovation so they are currently in a make shift arrangement.

Their selection is good, and the staff was friendly! They were open longer than other locations nearby.
