The worst grooming ever I have gone through.. Other official sites like heads up for tail and such professional sites give the best of best service.but here even after paying 2900 for my pet thts golden retriever..the person was utter unprofessional..he handled the paw very very roughly and coming to grooming he was the worst groomer I saw ..and he dono how to handle the pet in a good manner..my pet was sooo friendly to him but he spoilt the groomin to the core and more..never go into grooming here..the worst I have ever seen...the place is also not maintained that good.. money is also worthless and even the service was very very poor ...and unprofessional..dnt take ur furry paws here they spoil there look for sure..he was soo restless and coming to the response the worst I saw..I should nt blame the groomer for sure because the other guy who works here forced some other one to do ..I totally dint have idea the groomin will be that worst..and the owner or the person whom I talked to enquire about the services was also not soo professional..in matter of money this pple r spoling the looks of our pets..never ever visit this place for lifetime..if I had an option to update oe upload the picha I would surely do it ..bt unfortunately der is no such..I was even ready to post the professional grooming and the grooming done by this unprofessional persons.. comparatively I can give 0 out of 10 coz the grooming was dat worst.

Went for nail trimming and they quoted Rs. 500 for nail trimming and ear cleaning. The groomer said no need of nail trimming and just cleaned the ear. But I ended up paying Rs. 500 for the so called package. The other thing which I felt bad about is that SPA/Clinic is a filthy place with live stocks which can be unhealthy for the pets. If it was like actual SPA experience then I can understand the money charged but surely not worth of this. I was regularly buying pet items from this shop but henceforth will avoid going to this shop again.

I liked the place very much the well experienced staff members the product for pets are good do visit the place I took my pet golden retriever for grooming the groomer was well experienced the hygienic place and price is also very less and worth the staff will explain very well about the food products pet medicine I will further recommend all my friends and pet lovers to visit the shop and grooming spa

The will experienced staff members they they explains how maintain our pet well and good they take care of our pets I took my baby shitzu pet for grooming they handled the pet very well the grooming staff is also well experienced there after I suggest all pet lovers to visit the shop do visit I think the older bad reviews are fake and not real

I had taken my pet for grooming, they charge a lot of money but they don’t even groom properly.. My puppy was only 6 months when I took him and the doctor there even refused to cut his nails when his own groomer said he’s just a puppy please do it The staff are only not friendly with each other ..

Cooperative and animal friendly staff members. They listen to the concerned issues with lots of patience and gives proper medications and better suggestions if required. Grooming is done with lots of care and patience.

Customers if u need to be treated as customer then this is not the place, Visited to buy RC shihtzu kibbles, staff is not willing to listen, arrogant behavior. Won't visit this place again..

The Place is really good, well maintained. U get all pets food here from Fishes to dogs and I m really happy with the way they treat the Customers.
