部屋が小さくないが、どうやらちょっと汚いです。ゴミもありますし、以前のお客さんの残ったステッカーも数個見えるらしいです。 カーテンで区切るのをしたけど、まさか固定される方法すらもないです。他のお客さんが通るたびにカーテンは飛ばれますので、プライバシーを重んじる方は来ない方がいいと思います。 房間不小，但有點髒。地上甚至看得到不小的垃圾，電燈或床板上也能看到之前的客人留下的貼紙。 隔開房間用的布簾沒有固定的方法，只能隨風讓他在那邊飄。每次旁邊有人走過就會飛起，注重隱私的話還是不要來這裡。 如果你想體驗一下日本人在地的樣子，這邊很適合；座落在日本普通的街道上，旁邊的店家很早就關門，就像是日劇裡會看到的場景，深夜裡只剩下月光、星光跟販賣機的燈光，還有便利超商跟路燈，安靜地可以讓你開始思考人生。旁邊有個洗足池公園，假日時會看到不少在地人。 雖然旁邊就有個洗足池車站，即使走路也很近，但從市中心到這邊起碼要轉一次車、搭 30-60 分鐘，也算是體驗日本人生活的一環吧。 The room is not small, but it is not quite clean. I can see trashes on the ground, and the stickers from the previous guests are everywhere. The curtain to split rooms has no way to fix it. Every time someone is passing by, it will be floated. If you are looking for some good privacy, then this one is definitely not the best choice. Located in a remote area, this hostel is good for those who wants to experience what an ordinary Japanese lifestyle is. Shops are closed early, only the moon, the stars and the light from the vending machines are there. Also the convenience store and the street lamps. It’s so quiet that you can start thinking what is wrong with my life. There is also a park (senzokuike) nearby, you can meet some locals during weekends. The closest train station is only steps away, but you have to transfer at least once to get here from the downtown Tokyo and it takes at least 30-60 minutes. I think it’s also a part of Japanese and I’ll take it.

This place is value for money. The sleeping pod has a comfortable mattress and pillow/blanket. Every section has a window and their own heater/cooler. The small desk is really great to get some smaller work done. While you can't lock your "room" due to the fact every section is divided simply by a curtain, they have a safe under every desk and a small fridge. Food can be prepared in the small kitchen. 2 microwave/ 2 water cookers are good enough for your cup noodle. Though there is no cutlery, plates or mugs provided unfortunately. While 11 people sleep in the dorms, the 4 toilets and one shower are enough that you never have to wait. They are also well cleaned. Noise is not a problem, even though the pods are not very sound proof but because mostly locals stay here. Great place for a comfortable sleep and nice location, close to a family market and metro station. Also within walking distance to Tokyo Tech University and a nice little park. I can recommend this place for budget travellers looking for a good nights sleep.

カプセルタイプとは言うが個室感が素晴らしい。 お手頃な価格でとても良かった。 玄関にシューズラックが有れば尚良し。（まるで部室） お洒落な外観に対して玄関を開けたときの部室のような感じにはドン引き。 下宿でも下駄箱は有った。 見た目は綺麗な室内だが隅の方はホコリだらけなので、普段は手を拭くアルコールシートで拭いたら真っ黒になる。 ベッドの寝心地はとても良いが、 手摺というかマットレスズレ防止枠布団に入ろうとするとスネに当たって痛い。 写真を参考に。 トイレの換気扇動かないから 「換気せん」百均のトイレ掃除ペーパーで掃除したら壁だけで真っ黄色。持参されることをお勧めする。 シャワーはいつでも入れるが、床は至る所黒ずみ少し気になる。 シャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープは備え付けられているが垢すりはない。 仕方なくコンビニでPBの風呂洗剤を買ってきたが完全には落とせなかった。 バスマットはビチャビチャ。 持ち上げたら床まで茶色くなっておりアルコールシートで拭いたら綺麗になった。 「掃除しておいたよ」って電話したら16コール鳴らしてやっと出たけど話してる途中で切られたし。 オーナーの考え方なのかな。 お金払って掃除する俺も馬鹿だけどね。 シェアハウスか下宿、合宿所。ほぼ自主管理。 先ずは体験してみてください。 感覚は人それぞれだから。 靴揃えてみたが直ぐにグチャグチャ。

This tiny ryokan is very strategically located at the residential area of busy people of Tokyo but maintain a down to earth feel and very near to the beautiful Senzoku-ike park. A walk in the park in the morning is enjoyable. There are convenient stores nearby as well. This is a place where you get to be a Tokyo-guy living in the city. Some suggestions: -Hangars for clothes in the rooms and especially bathroom. -wait list system for the bathroom since there's only one. When I'm here it's fine because not too many people, but I imagine when it's full it could be chaotic so it'll be nice to put a whiteboard in front of the bathroom so people can put down their waiting list for the order to take a shower. I enjoyed the economic rate available in this location but my biggest gripe would be the lack of an on-site person to help with certain inquiries. Other guests had issues and they were unable to contact anyone directly. also people who were unable to get in it seems, it’s hard to say if they were guests or not, the code is very simple to remember. But aside from all that I’m quite satisfied with the stay.

Very nice and unexpected place to sleep in Ota City. Quiet and warm also very clean. Not far from Senzoku-ike train station (Ikegami Line) which can lead you with a transfert at Gotanda Station on the Yamanote Line in less than 35min to Shibuya and Shinjuku. There are a few shop near by but with train you can go to Togoshi-Ginza Station which have a lot of restaurants / Iyakaza nearby.

For the price: you're getting a semi-private bed, only form of privacy is a curtain that anyone can open and snoop if they so pleased-happened to me. They provide one towel and will charge if you ask for a clean one. I stayed three nights and would've been charged if I got a clean towel, but maybe if you stay longer it's provided for free? The entrance has no shoe shelving so people just chunk their shoes all over the place so it's messy and stinky. I took my shoes with me to my room for safe keeping--shoes were stolen once in a similar place. From sheer dumb-luck the place was quiet but I know in busy summer months it would probably be packed with loud tourist.

Rooms were nice. Beds are soft. Cleanliness is pretty decent. There are free liquid bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. The location is also nice since it can be easily navigate with google maps. There were no receptionists so we only communicate our queries through booking apps but its not big deal for us. The place is not soundproofed so we can hear footsteps in the hallway. If I were to be in Tokyo again, definitely book this again since overall experience exceeds expectation for its price.

未だホテルが高騰している現状(2023年9月)の中、低価格で宿泊出来る施設は大変有り難いです。 夏でもエアコンの効きは良く、ベッドも柔らかく、ドミトリーとしては中々良い部類なのではと思います。 外国人宿泊者が多く、もちろん外国人がマナーが悪いと言っている訳ではありませんが、管理者不在の施設で言語によるコミュニケーションが取れない場合、何らかのトラブルが起きても「全て自己責任」という事を念頭に置いて宿泊される事をお勧め致します。

予約時の「シングルベッド」のカテゴリーはカーテンで仕切られた個室になり、その他の部屋は中央の2段ベッドを左右の個室でベッドを上下に割り振るタイプです。隣室の方と顔を合わせる事はありません。 どのタイプの部屋もカーテンの仕切りで廊下から仕切られていて部屋には小さな机があり、PC作業は問題なく出来ます。

I was extremely surprise for the price that you get a little room for yourself with a curtain as door. you get a bed, a desk, a chair and even a safe. I unfortunately locked my computer on the safe the first day, and the staff had seamlessly resolve the issue, even if there's no front desk and you communicate with them via messages. The dorm is very quite as the surrounding. I especially appreciate my morning strolls around the senzoku-ike pound nearby. A perfect stay for a samurai.

四泊しました。 まずは、入口のタッチパネルでひっかかりました。 事前にBookingから送られるメールに会場の仕方が書いてあり、解錠することがすぐにわからず、あたふた。 必ず、宿泊当日に届くメールの確認必須です。 そして、すぐに２階に上がる階段があるので、荷物持ちには少し大変です。 二段ベッドだけど、個室型でそれぞれ対局の方から入れるので、連なっているカプセルホテルの形よりかなりいい。 確かに少し机の前のスペースはくらいものの、レビューで書いてあった寝床が暗いことについては、照明取り付けられてついていましたので、ここは高評価です。 トイレが複数ありますが、シャワーは一つなので、そこは玉に瑕ですね。 シャワーは、結構壁・床に垢がついているので、そこが少し嫌な点です。 チェックインも午後四時までの設定で、チェックアウトも午前十一時までなので、ゆったり出来ます。 総じて、安価でお気に入りになりました。 周りには、あまり飲食店はなく、閑静です。 クメキッチンが美味しかったなって感じです。 隣の長原まで出れば、結構お店はあります。 洗足池で神社参りも出来ますし、オススメです。

男一人でとにかく寝床確保したければ必要十分ですね。この形態の宿に低い点数付ける方もいますが、こういう宿はこういうものです。共同ですがシャワーもあるし洗面所も電子レンジもあって問題なしです。ただ、初めてだったので入り方とかちょっと悩んだのと、玄関？に靴入れがなく散乱ぎみだったので、玄関がもう少しきちんとしているとOKです。

We booked this hotel on booking, we paid for two rooms and only got one. WiFi wasn't working, safe was broken. Shoes are all over the way in the entrance (nobody cares). We got a sneak peak in one of the capsule and saw a gigantic pile of used tissues on a desktop. We didn't have a place to sleep and weren't able to get a refund. Be careful!

【リーズナブル＆駅チカ！】 この度利用させてもらいました。 東京ビッグサイトでのイベント目的だったので、近場で探していたところヒットしました！ 2泊する中で4,5000円は出したくなかったので、お値段もリーズナブルでちょうど良かったです！ また、駅チカだったこと（洗足池駅付近にはまいばすけっとやファミマもありました） Wi-Fiなぜか繋がらない問題にもすぐ対応してたことが評価良い要因です！ 電子レンジやIH、湯沸器、客室内に小型冷蔵庫もあり、設備は整っていました。 悪い点としては、客室というか浴室にマットが無く、かなり水浸しになっていたこと。 他の場所に比べた形なので、リーズナブルで東京ビッグサイト方面に行く方には便利かと思いました！

①到着して案内通りの操作をしたが 次のステップ 案内が出て戸惑った たまたま居合わせた外国人宿泊者の方に捜査を教えてもらい 何とか中に入った。 ②靴箱等も無く宿泊者の靴が玄関に溢れていました。 自分の部屋に靴を持って上がったが それが本当に正しかったのかが疑問。 せめて 靴箱は欲しい。 ③2泊で予約したが2日目のタオルがありませんでした。 浴室とゴミ箱の清掃がされてなかったように思います。 全体的に宿内の説明が不足していました。 もう少し改善する必要があるかと思います。 でも場所や値段が安いので 次回も利用します。

Muy práctico, con la estación de tren Senzokuike muy cerca y tiendas de conveniencia a la vuelta de la esquina. A veces se escucha un poco a los compañeros de hostal por la falta de paredes, pero todos fueron muy tranquilos y no hubo problema. Excelente precio por el hospedaje además.
