Our lights and the central heating just turned off today at 6pm. 2C outside and snowing. We have british gas home cover, but they refuse to visit the property today. Therefore, I thought I will try to call electricians in the NW3 area , but no luck. Luckily I have found this electrician. I have explained that we have 2 small children in the house with no heating and lights. He confirmed he will be there in 30 minutes. He sounded someone who cares. After he had arrived he fixed the problem within a short time . The fee was more than acceptable. Decent and honest person. His number is now saved in my phone. Let me start from the beginning, I requested a visit from S.H Electric service on Monday as was not an urgent matter we agreed to meet in 48 hours, I received a message the day before the visit, he arrived before the meeting scheduled. I checked the work to do and give me the date and quote. I He was on time starts the job and carry out the job in a really professional way. As the result of his job ( he done extra requested job at not extra cost) and the final bill was lighter than expected. I will recommend his professional service to anyone.

Shuaib quickly identified the socket issue that was causing my washing machine to cut out and replace the whole socket fixture within the 1h callout charge. My washing machine is now up and running again just fine.
