Thanks to your positive Google reviews, I was reassured that I could take a leap of faith to assign Zalman to handle my files. I was accused of an assault where I acted in self-defense, unfortunately, I was not treated as a victim but a suspect instead. The police automatically blamed me as a suspect without pursuing any further investigation. Although I was innocent, at that point, I needed a great lawyer to help me fight the case and that's when I contacted M. Haouzi. I was charged with a crime that I absolutely did not commit and hired M. Zalman Haouzi. No matter how weak the evidence was, the Crown prosecutor still moved forward. Although he made me an offer for conditional absolution, I rejected it because I would not admit to anything I did not do. It followed months of stress and anxiety. M. Haouzi is a compassionate man and when I needed someone to go to war for me, I was grateful and lucky to have him at my side. What can we say beyond how amazing Zalman is? We reached out to Zalman to handle a 12 year old case that my boyfriend wasn’t even aware of until a recent background check. Hiring Zalman was easily the best decision we could have made to handle his case. From the first email response he was always upfront with everything from the case down to his hourly rate, retainer etc. He was extremely professional and very prompt with responses, and was always reachable. He took the time to explain his course of action, potential outcomes, and what he could do as a result of each the outcomes. An unfortunate event of life has led me to meet Zalman. With a baby on the way I was nervous of having to deal with legal issues and afraid of the outcome.
