Placed my order 18:23, didn’t turn up until 20:04. Called them twice. First time I called, was told it’s on its way. 25 mins later, I called again and was told the driver is doing multiple drop offs. It arrived, the food was cold. Driver was talking on the phone when he delivered it. Disappointed as this place use to be amazing.

If there was such thing as a 0 star, they would get it. I had to point out to the ‘owner’ Ali, there was mould on the salad. He simply removed that piece from the salad bowl and left the rest to serve to new unknowing customers. I felt sick. Never ever again.

Not the best Turkish food, but it is one of the value deals because the pricing is good and the portions are quite big. It's 100% guaranteed that you'll be full after a single portion. The stuff are real Turkish guys who knows how to cook Turkish fast food.

Apparently after waiting for 89 mins... food does not get cold.... I live a 20 min walk from s and s. Or a 4 min drive. After waiting over 89 mins I was told food does not hey cold and its my problem. Shocking. Absolutely awful. More

Every time I order , we get superb delicious food and lots of choice . We are always served with a smile , especially Bush who goes out of her way to make sure we get a great service .
