I live all the way downtown. But I use to live near this pizza shop and remembered how good it was. Last week I order a square pizza and a poutine. When my family member had picked up the order for me they brought it all the way home to find out it was a square pizza and another small pizza. Not a poutine. So I called the place back and the guy on the phone, first tried to tell me that's what i ordered, then later changed his mind and remembered I order a poutine (not a pizza - why would I order a huge square pepperoni pizza AND a small pepperoni pizza? Not logical) he then told me the next time I placed my order I would get my poutine free of charge. So today, one week later, I called to place an order for the exact same thing I wanted this last time and never got. Except the person who answered the phone refused to fulfill the other guys promise because he had not written it down anywhere. Well I'm not paying again for what I didn't even receive last time. One customer lost.

I love me some pizza and specially if it’s halal. I grew up in Hamilton and local mom pop pizza shops are a must go to. I grow up eating cheese slices for a 1$ and the taste is always unforgettable. I was out in the rymal area and saw this little pizza place. Fortunately was halal and I got the walk in special large pizza for 12.50$ pepperoni and it was delicious and fresh. Ate the pizza on the hood of my car and was delicious!

I honestly could give this place 10 stars. The first 5 will be for their food. It's always fresh, fast and delicious. The second 5 is for the amazing owner and staff. The owner is the kindest most thoughtful person I have met. On more than one occasion he went out of his way and delivered my food to me and told me the driver will come later with the debit machine to collect the payment just so that my little one didn't have to wait longer for her pizza. His driver is funny and always just as kind and his son is also just as kind and nice as his dad. I will never order pizza and wings from anywhere else as long as they are open and I'm so glad that my daughter's school also gets their pizza from him. Order from them, you will be satisfied guaranteed !

After a few recommendations we tried some pizza from Rymal Pizza and wings. First off, service was amazing, very friendly, helpful and inviting. The pizza was very reasonably priced and were served on time and hot. The crust was a nice medium thickness and had a nice chew to it. Sauce was nice sweet and not too much. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. The garlic dipping sauce was really good as well, had a nice sweet taste to it. Overall great pizza and would highly recommend trying them out.

This place is really good. but not only that, the customer service is outstanding. A mistake was made on their part and they fixed it quick. I went back when I released the mistake, I was hot headed and the young guy/son didn't even blink. Super cool and calming. We talked about the mistake. Went back the next day cause the older gentleman wasn't there at that time. Talk to him everyone had proof of the mistake and it got delt with. Very grateful. All 3 are really good people. Will definitely going back on paydays omw home work.

Amazing place, the people are so nice, i am 110% coming back. So amazing, I got 2 large Deluxe pizzas for an amazing deal, I asked for it to be thin crust and it was perfect they were all wearing masks and gloves, I asked the guy if its annoying to wear a masks and he said I love what I do and I care about people, so they are being very safe! So much passion.... Excellent pizza.. Garlic sauce, is out of this world 10/10. 1000% recommend this place Cant wait to do cardio, so I can order more amazing food. Or I should say order the garlic sauce and pizza Number #1 in Hamilton.

Crust: 7 Thicker, chewy crust. Good taste. Nicely cooked. Sauce: 7.5 Pizza sauce, garlic shawarma sauce, and hot sauce were all good. Cheese: 6.5 Nothing special but no issues with taste, could have used more. Toppings: 8 The meat was big and there was lots of it. Nicely seasoned, tender, and overall nicely cooked. Garlic Dip: 8 Homemade. Sweeter taste. Very nice.

Well, if i say, the best pizza in town, that would be too exaggerated, lol, definitely there are way better pizzas than this one, but what makes this place so special is that, the staff here is very friendly, whenever i ask even for extra dipping sauce they never hesitate or mind, manager is nice man, service is good, pizza tastes so delicious that you cant feel much difference in eating this pizza or any major firm's. Price is the best thing, no one offers this low-cost, inexpensive pizza as they do, worth the money.

It starts right from when you order though great, friendly service and I can honestly say we have been happy customers forever! Our family loves this place we used to live one block away and was our go to pizza place for 7 yrs. We then moved, still stopped by hete when we had the chance to pickup and weren't in delivery area.. we have since moved back, and kids love they get this again. I also don't mind as the prices r very reasonable compared to most stores especially for the amount of food u get. Always pleasant customer service as well keep up the great work rymal pizza

Very clean environment, great quality food (especially the PIZZA!), and great customer service. As a side note to anyone reading... Some of the users below that gave a low rating and are whining about bad customer service... They are either making things up, or perhaps had an issue with an order and were simply rude about it. I have ordered here for years, and never had any problems. Have been a loyal customer for 10+ years, and plan to continue.

The food is really good, however any time that we have called the man on the phone is kind of rude and really rushes you through your order like he doesn’t have time for it. Maybe under staffed ? A little patients goes a long way.

Got the 50 wings they were decent had about 5 tiny wings $45.20 not a terrible price for wings. Had some suicide but person eating them said it wasn't hot at all so if you like them super spicy you will probably have to add more spice yourself. Friendly people.

This is the best pizza place I have found in Hamilton and surrounding area. There food is always hot and fresh, they don't cheap out on toppings on their pizza. The staff there is amazing and friendly all the time, it almost feels like your part of there family. The pizza was absolute garbage! It was so greasy that it made the pizza slimy. And don't even get me started with the sauces, it was like water and it was spilled and half full. I definitely would not recommend and am not ordering from here again.

Ordered last night for the first time, piping hot when I received it. Very nice delivery guy. There not stingy with the toppings. Woke up put a few slices in my air fryer and they tasted as good if not better than last night. Highly recommended.

My father, brother and myself always come here for pizza. Owners are incredibly nice and so are the employees. The pizza is by far the best I’ve had in Hamilton and the prices are very generous. I highly recommend eating here at least once!

The people making the pizza were not wearing masks and were not socially distanced. It make me really uncomfortable they were talking over the pizza while making it unmasked. I won’t be ordering from here again until the pandemic is done.

Good pizza but poor service. Just got yelled at for asking for a receipt. Owner was inconvenienced and pulled out receipt with the previous day's date on it.

The slices were very large and the price was right, but the pizza was okay. There are other places we'd go to first, but this place will do in a pinch.
