I recently shopped here and I must say that it was a delightful experience overall. This supermarket offers a wide range of products and services that cater to various needs, making it a convenient one-stop shopping destination. One major disappointment is the staff at the cash register. Rest all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. But the staffs in cash register has attitude and take their own sweet time to make the bill, no matter how many people are there in the queue they make you wait. The place is kept very clean and very well maintained too. They offer delivery to your house also and it will on time for sure.

This outlet on Kanakapura main road is my favorite as it meets almost all daily needs groceries, stationeries, utensils, vegetables fruits.Very well maintained with suuuperb background lovely music. The greatest advantage they make home delivery with no extra cost....I often visit here for my daily needs....Sales boys are too good and very helping and friendly.... Vegetable section prices seems little on higher side....Some times they give offers and Prices seems lesser you can buy in bulk for the needs and make good deals... I recommend this shop to have wonderful shopping experience...

Food items are ok. But all electronic items are fake.. No wonder they give discounts amounting to 30-40%.. Purchased Philips bulbs. But they were burnt within 3 days because they were counterfeit Products. Went back to Royal mart with bill.. They neither accepted that it was fake nor agreed to refund. Found their perfumes and deo also to be fake. Stopped going there since then. Never buy anything other than food and grocery.

The store is perfect as it hosts all the stuff from fruits and vegetables, grocery items, snacks, baby products, toys, gift items, household electric appliances, cookware and many more. Price wise you might find a better deal in stores near by however if you want to avoid visiting multiple stores and want to shop for all the household needs then this is one stop place.

This place has opened new and so far it looks good. Slightly cramped. Decent quality and discounts. Multiple levels with the ground floor having groceries, the first floor for gifts and stationery, the second floor for kitchen items and another floor for plastic household items. The basement has fruits and vegetables. No parking, and you've to park on the roadside.

All is average. Items availabilty is ok. Quality can be better. The service needs to be improved a lot lot. It won't be an exageration to say the staff is rude especially few of them. I have been their customer for more than a decade. Earlier, I was visiting their store at Padmanabhanagar and now at Raghuvanahalli since 8-9 months. It is a complete store, ask for any rare item, they provide immediately. Of course, the store is congested and they need to shift to a bigger place for better convenience to their customers.

Nice small super market. Staff r good, speak many languages, knowledge of the layout of their store is good hence they know where each product is,it has 3 upper floors n I found very hard to climb to the third floor to get needed items(there is a small lift though I missed it though), billing was quick n smoothly checked out.

Not at all affordable. Very costly. Only groceries and certain packed items you can get for MRP. No offers available. We were shocked to see the prices of storage containers and other home essentials. Way too highly priced. Would definitely not recommend.

Nerver purchase food items here., especially rice., after eating the rice, whole family get into sick(fever, body ache for 3days)., even our baby eat and got fewer., they said it is branded, it’s not healthy rice, please don’t purchase.

Customer service is pathetic. After calling so many times no one pick up the call. If order something on WhatsApp, takes more than a day deliver. Ordered Bisleri water and delivered after 24hrs. This is how pathetic is their service.

Place is a little congested. Grocery, stationary and kids play items are good and decently priced. Highest turn off is the parking. There's no parking and one has to park in front of no parking board on the k'pura road

Good retail mart, everything you get which we need for our house. We always go there for buying gol Dana rice. And that rice we get only in royal mart. Rice has good aroma. Very good for pulao and kheer.

Been to Royalmart first time. The only other supermarket I went in Bangalore was DMart which is just opposite it. I found it better, neat, nicely organised. Good customer service and range.

This is a small shopping town by itself. You can literally get everything that you need to run a home. Prices are competitive and good collection of items to take care of all your needs
