Many of our apartment ppl have been trying to contact MS Playa branch to order few things but no one is responding or answering the calls.... Such marts must be closed permanently as they don't bother about customers in coved19 total lock down situations where they have to extent there support and help consumers to deliver products... Modi Ji assured that all marts will supplie the daily needs but unfortunately we have such marts who does not support the government and donot do there Job sincerely I wish India had metured marts and the owners, ill never ever buy or recommend royal mart also will put this on twitter and Facebook about how there services are and how they treat consumers

This store has all products required for all seasons and festivals Well stocked Departmental self service store. This store offers wide range of products , multiple brand choices , offers & discounts , reward points , home delivery etc. Nice place for families to shop. Ground floor is for groceries , personal care , fabric care , kitchen spices n masalas, cold storage ready to eat , fruits , vegetables, dairy products and dry fruits , laundry & billing . First floor & Second floor is for household , mixers , cookers , electric , plastic ware , umbrellas and Gift items. 4.6.23 June month offers are on & school season items are available.

A well stocked departmental store with parking facility. Helpful staff. But I wish they use paper bags and compostible bags for their veggies and fruits. The amount of plastic used is alarming! Also, the veggie area is very cramped and the shop boys occupy the tiny space. Customers cannot step in to pick the veggies. It would be nice if the first and second floors were also air conditioned or at least air cooled with more fans and air coolers. It’s so warm and stuffy, with sweaty smell If these suggestions are looked into, I think this will be the best store in the locality.

Friendly staff, good ambiance, clean and well maintained. Some discounts and offers run all the time but not always, so you have closely track their product offers. At times, I notice a few commonly used items are complete sold out and its takes a few days before those items are reloaded. However, must say Its a convenient place and they brought a large, all under one roof shopping to a place that no one was previously willing to setup and it has changed the mindset of people living around. It's a nice shopping experience now

Baised behaviour from the staff. My family used to shop frequently here. My wife was standing in q for billing today with less items the cashier accepted the person who jumped the q with more items. They are least botherd about the customers. When I tried speaking to the manager present there who was busy in mobile, instead of listening to me he is talking nonsense and even cashier started speaking rudely. Absolutely Pathetic experience I had. Plz look into it, educate your staff tell them to speak to customers politely.

We normally buy monthly provision from here. But our recent experience was not good. We recently sent a big list for door delivery. Only few items were delivered and most items were missed out. Moreover instead of listed items, some other items were supplied. Once again sent the list of missed out items. Wanted to return some items which they have not done. So my recent experience was not good and we are unhappy. I request somebody should cross check the list and items before supply.

This Mart has a plenitude of products. If there is a dearth of these, the management acts promptly to assuage our needs. No pretentions or false promises; they just deliver. Moreover, there are an ebb and flow of offers along with discounts. An empirical management delivers the icing on the cake. No need to travel more than 6Kms to a more well-stacked store. Everything is available here. No more clamouring or haggling.

Completely organized shop based on product category. staffs are well behaved and ready to assist you with the product explanation and demonstration. Product range:. Groceries, Provisional items, Fruits and veggies, Gift items, stationary, toys, kitchen and bathroom/toiletry items and much more.

Well it's a new supermarket in our area. The place is good. Before entering the supermarket, they will check your body temperature and face mask, which impressed me alot. The area is sanitised properly. Staff members were helpful and they too were maintaining social distance policy. Overall, it's a good supermarket. They have every tiny thing which is needed in daily life. So you guys can go for it.

On a brighter note, their billing process is remarkably swift, saving precious time at checkout. Newly opened so everything is going fine here. You will get assistance for everything here and staff is also very helpful. Everything is there from food items to perfumes or body lotions. Good deals and offers. You might have to check the offers at the time you visit. You Amy ask the staff for the list of offers. Friendly staff, good management. Accepts phone pay, cards and obviously cash. Parking is a tough one to judge , ample parking during off hours. The shop will be closed from 12:30pm to 3:00 pm on every Friday.

You will get almost all the essentials for a home. There is enough space inside the supermarket even if the crowd is more. There will be offers available for many items all the time. No guarantee for fresh vegetables and fruits. Service is excellent. Easy to access as it is on the main road. Car parking is available.

These people are not at all supportive, even during this pandemic. They only speak of their rules. Other branch of the same organisation are really dariya dilli , they even support and their first priority is the human satisfaction unlike these people. May the organization head teach good sense to this branch people.

Items and the way it's been laid is good.. and eye attractive. But the managers interactive is very bad .they don't know how to be organised in communication with customers. I had a very worst experience. It could have been handled in a nice manner. which they failed and let security guard to handle it.

Best grocery store in and around Hesaraghatta. The vegetables are fresh and prices are reasonable. Pulses and spices are really cheap and very good quality. They have toys, few utensils, books and decision items with good quality. There is rush in peak times. They also provide free home delivery too.

One of big store in the surrounding of this locality that stalls almost all the required products in demand of a customer. Located on the main road with ample parking space available. There are some good restaurant around this store to take tasty bits before or after purchasing.

Pathetic experience.. before u enter the mart Security guard Javregowda speaks to customer abusing.. if this is how staffs behave at entrance then you can only imagine how the staffs would behave inside the mart .. if not this there are other marts nearby

Place is alright to purchase certain commodities not all. "Buy one get one" found to be humbug. The fliers endorsed but outlet deny. Funny. Refrain purchase of frozen produces: many a times found the produces fully thawed... freezers off in the nights. I

Earlier they used to have many options for all items. Now its limited items and the cost is also increased when compared to other stores. I do visit couple of times in a month in search of toys for my son. Grocery shopping its ok and not that great.

Good collection of Every household items. The problem is Rest Room. Hence 1* less. One small rest room is there which most of the time will be occupied by Staff itself, for them only it's not sufficient. Leaving that, it's best store in that area.

Royal Mart service is excellent. The adjacent site is reserved for Car parking. Staff members are very helpful. You can get almost everything inside the shop. Accepts Cash, Card, Gpay, Phonepay, Sodexo etc. They also offer door deliveries.

Really good place for grocery purchase.. neat and clean. We went only to the supermarket to buy some groceries. It was not crowded during lunchtime. I bought what I needed. The prices were ok, and the location was convenient.

Staff very rudely.. am giving them 2 emty water bottles for delivery .. am waiting 2 days .. they are not delivery water .. they are rudely talking with me.. delivery supervisor very very rudely talking..
