The service in the shop was good and friendly, everything fine here. I tried some mattresses in the store and then ordered one I liked online. Delivery was quick and pretty much in the timeframe I was told. But after the first nights sleep I felt a lot of pressure on my hips and shoulders and after a few days also actual back pain. The mattress was just much harder than the one I tried in the store. They told me it will become softer after some months, but sleeping on the mattress for so long is just not an option as it is so uncomfortable and hurting my back. And I would expect a mattress for close to AED 4000 to be comfortable from day one. So I tried a softer mattress in the store and was easily able to exchange it. But the new mattress was just as hard as the first one. And now they don’t accept a return although only a second exchange is excluded in their terms and conditions. A huge waste of money, I have no use for the mattress now! I can not recommend buying a mattress here, as the ones you try on the store are apparently far from the one you will receive.

Rihan was very helpful in identifying the correct mattress to suit my back pain issue. There are many products available at Royal Crest to suit the different needs. He explained all the benefits and differences thereby making it easy for is to buy the correct product.

Huge thanks to Rihan for offering us not just the best mattress that we need but the customer service and professionalism he provided. The price is reasonable and worth every penny for the comfort the mattress will give. Thanks also to Anchita for the assistance.
