Great experience with Royal entertainment for years in fact. Joe the owner is a real very stand up person. He's a great business in our community and I stand behind him 100%. I like him myself. I wish more people would know about him and walk in the door, if he doesn't yet have it he will still try to get it for you. I also know that he will try to have you're equipment fixed I've seen a technician working for him. If anyone can do the magic if it can be done Joe will do his best. We need more people like him and personally I'm very proud of him and I respect him very much he's been in business for decades. He's a winner.

After determining what Best Buy was trying to sell me was crap (and having them openly admit it when I called them out on it) I ventured north in search of something better. I just so happened to notice Royal Home Entertainment and thought I would give them a try. I typically think that independently owned stores are more expensive, but I paid what I expected, the service was great, and I walked home with exactly what I wanted. They even hooked one up and showed me exactly what I was getting. Next time I need something I'm definitely going here first!

The owner is very condescending, the store is unorganized and filled with obsolete junk other than a few brand new sonos and Bose products that he is pricing at double the cost. I have no idea how this business has been open for so long (maybe it’s a money laundering scheme). I have never wrote a review on here but going in there and being disrespected has pushed me to write this review-so no one else goes in there. Buy from a more reputable business or you could go to a thrift store because that’s where I’m convinced he gets all of his products.

I can’t recommend this place enough. We have worked with them twice now. Once to fix our 20 year old speaker system in our condo and outside terrace, and then to fix a 1960s Zenith stereo and record player. Joe the owner is very personable and highly knowledgeable about mid century stereo equipment. Responded even when on vacation to my request, and then would text me updates, which was very convenient. Very fairly priced and feels good to support a local business and one with such niche knowledge of vintage speaker systems. Thank you!

Drove 35 minutes, parked three blocks away, and they’re closed. 4:00pm on a Sunday, the door sign says they’re open until 6:00, their voicemail says they’re open until 6:00, and their google listing says they’re open until 6:00. Doors are locked, lights are off, and there’s a closed sign in the window. Maybe update all your listings guys so people that want to spend their money with you don’t land up wasting time and gas.

These guys were great!! I fried my Denon 32000 receiver and needed it repaired ASAP. Their customer service was outstanding. They picked up the device from my home, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and brought it back within 3-4 days. When dropping it off they check all my speakers, wires, settings. They followed up with me later to make sure everything was working great. Top notch all around.

I had a great experience working with Royal Home Entertainment. They mounted my 75 in television and installed a speaker system. They installed everything 1 week after I contacted them. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did. Customer service was exceptional and price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience with these guys. The deal on the TV itself was great, but customer service is horrible. They jerry-rigged our tv mount (put screws in our cable box, taped styrofoam behind the tv to make it “level”) and now we have an absolute mess on our hands.

Horrible customer service. If you enjoy when the owner/worker yells at you and speaks down to you that’s the place to go. Completely inappropriate and inadequate behavior.

The employees were rude and unhelpful. Also don’t believe the “inventory blowout sale” sign. It was 5 items on sale and the rest were “the same price you can find online”
