Horrible bikes at horrendous prices- twice as much as the great bikes & staff at nearby Baisikelli We were given rusty bikes with flat tires, defective breaks and no lights, a helmet that didn’t fit, etc. Worse yet, we were told that we could return the bikes after closing by dropping the keys into the drop box— when we returned, we realized there wasn’t any box. The next morning we had a very rude manager calling us liars and demanding that we pay late fees amounting to an extra day per bike. Never ever go here!

Rented two bicycles here. Bikes were old and rusty. No lights and bad brakes. I was told one of the bikes was intended to be sold as a new one. Had an issue with the "new" bike after driving 20 km out of Copenhagen (lost a screw - mudguard constantly breaking the rear tire). Shop guy was totally ignorant about it. Cannot recommend shop at all. I'd choose a bike from Donkey Republic for the same price (150,-/day) next time...

Kan ikke anbefale dette cykelværksted. Jeg har fået min cykel repareret her et par gange, hvor cyklen er blevet repareret forkert, da den er gået i stykker kort tid efter reparationen igen. Ud over det, så lyver medarbejderne, da jeg tillige fik lovet, at en garanti ville medfølge på slangen til mit bagdæk, hvilket de senere ikke vil stå ved. Alt i alt et uprofessionelt cykelværksted, som ikke kan anbefales!

The bikes are old, and rusty, and the seat won't stay up. Almost got killed when a bus came near me, and the seat suddenly decided to slide all the way down, causing me to lose my balance. The worst part is that, the old man (who is not native Dane) who work there was very rude, and proceeded to lecture me in his bad English. There are so many other bike shops in Copenhagen, definitely avoid this one.

Byens ringeste og dyreste cykelforhandler/værksted. Sindssyge overpriser for små reparationer og man føler sig snydt gang på gang. Sælger forsøger at overbevise at priserne er rimelige når det italesættes og giver sig IKKE. IKKE et sted der er værd at besøge. Find et andet sted og fix din cykel til det halve. Ejeren er decideret samvittighedsløs.

Renting a bike here couple of hours ago. The first bike has its tire explode in the first five minutes. Went back and got another one without a problem. Services mediocre and the bikes are not great. The price is higher than other places but they're open until late most of the days. Not a horrible experience but nothing to write home about.

A éviter, les vélos sont en très mauvais état, et vieux. Pas de sonnette. L’attache du siège bebe était à moitié cassé et là casque du petit était dans un sale état. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Faites l’effort de regarder un autre shop aux alentours.

Brought my bike in for a tire-pump and a hand-brake-fix, which I expected to cost a few hundred kroner. Final price ended up over a thousand kroner, but the bike rides well now, and I got some discount after a bit of back and forth.

Very friendly owner, who helped out my wife with her old electric bike. And when it was unfortunately stolen, he gave us a very good price on a 2nd hand bike without footbrake. Can warmly recommend him.

There is a verry nice owner, that helped us a lot, he even gave us his Bike, when he was out of bikes to rent. He has verry good prices and the bikes have a good Quality.

The bike shop guy is very obnoxious and condescending and can really use some lessons in anger management. Bad attitude, lousy bikes, high price.

Unfriendly staff. Ended up having less air in my tire than before even though I told him about the issue beforehand. Wouldn’t recommend.

Vieux vélo (lourd,ou pas de sonnette ou des vitesses qui ne fonctionnent pas,la selle qui remonte ) pour 100 DKK/ vélo pour un jour.

Just don’t go there. Bikes are poor and the owner doesn’t know anything about bike. Always takes long to rent/return.
