supposedly They close at 11:00 but not there close before. I don't recommend that store. I been there so many time and always they are hurry up the costumers they said to each costumer they have to go, they are bery rude especially the young gay in the entrance
I came to Ross at Meyerland Plaza to return something. Service was much better compared to the South Gessner store. There are more stuff here. I would come back to spend more time shopping.
Not enough check out lanes open once again. They basically have most of the other employees walking around and doing nothing to help move the stupid line faster
